The safety connector structure for installing a form panel
The present invention relates to a connector for preventing a retaining pin and a triangular pin, which are mounted to form panels (H) to fix the form panels and maintain an interval therebetween, from being released. The connector includes: a retaining pin (10) having a stepped groove (11) formed at a head of a body and configured not to be damaged by impact applied from separate impact mechanism, and connecting holes (13) formed on the stepped groove (11) and communicating each other; a triangular pin (20) having a pressing piece (21) for preventing the triangular pine from being released from the retaining pin (10), and a connecting hole (23) which are formed at a body; and a connecting wire (30) inserted into the connecting hole (13) of the retaining pin (10) and the connecting hole (23) of the triangular pin (20), and having a loop (35) and tabs (31, 33) for preventing the wire from being released from the connecting holes. The present invention prevents accidents caused by a drop of the retaining pin and the triangular pin which support the form panels under construction of concrete structures, as well as damage to the pins and a loss of the pins. Also, it is possible to save costs required for repurchasing the pins and improve work efficiency by quickly installing and removing the form panels.
본 발명은 거푸집판(H)들을 고정하여 간격을 유지하기 위해 장착되는 고정핀과 삼각핀이 서로 분리됨을 방지하는 체결구에 에 관련되며, 그 구성의 특징으로서 동체의 헤드부 상에 단차지게 형성한 단차홈(11)과 연결공(13)을 지닌 고정핀(10); 동체 상에 고정핀(10)과의 결합에 따른 탈거됨을 방지하는 가압편(21)과 연결공(23)을 지닌 삼각핀(20); 및 상기 고정핀(10)과 삼각핀(20)의 연결공(13)(23) 상에 개재되고, 연결탭(31)(33)에 의해 이탈을 방지함과 함께 고리부(35)를 구비하는 연결와이어(30):를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이때, 상기 고정핀(10)은 동체의 헤드부 상에 별도의 타격기구에 의한 타격에도 손상되지 않도록 구비한 단차홈(11)과, 단차홈(11)상으로 상호 연통되는 연결공(13)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라 본 발명은, 콘크리트 구조물 공사의 전후에 있어서, 거푸집판을 지지 고정하는 고정핀과 삼각핀의 낙하로 인한 안전사고를 미연에 방지함과 함께 제품의 손상과 분실을 방지하고, 재구입에 따른 비용을 절감과 거푸집의 설치와 철거작업이 신속 원활하게 수행되어 작업능률이 향상되는 등 제품의 효율성이 향상되는 효과가 있다.
