The present invention provides a method to construct a non-exposure type waterproofing layer for a rooftop. According to the present invention, the method to construct a non-exposure type waterproofing layer for a rooftop comprises: a step (a) of pretreating the bottom surface of the rooftop to form the pretreated bottom surface (10); a step (b) of coating a water-soluble asphalt primer (20) of the pretreated bottom surface (10) of the step (a); a step (c) of coating a rubber asphalt film waterproofing agent (30a) on the bottom surface, on which the asphalt primer (20) is coated, of the step (b); a step (d) of layering a composite waterproofing sheet (40) on the bottom surface, on which the rubber asphalt film waterproofing agent (30a) is coated, of the step (c); a step (e) of coating a rubber asphalt film waterproofing agent (30b) on the composite waterproofing sheet of the step (d); and a step (f) of forming a pressure surface (50) on the coated rubber asphalt film waterproofing agent of the step (e). Accordingly, provided are advantages of providing remarkable durability of the waterproofing structure, simplifying a construction method, and realizing low construction expense.
본 발명은 다음의 하기 단계를 포함하는 비노출형 옥상 방수 시공방법을 제공한다: (a) 옥상 바닥면을 전처리하여 전처리된 바닥면(10)을 형성하는 단계; (b) 상기 단계 (a)의 전처리된 바닥면(10)에 수용성 아스팔트 프라이머(20)를 도포하는 단계; (c) 상기 단계 (b)의 아스팔트 프라이머(20)가 도포된 바닥면에 고무아스팔트 도막 방수제(30a)를 도포하는 단계; (d) 상기 단계 (c)의 고무 아스팔트 도막 방수제(30a)가 도포된 바닥면에 복합 방수 시트(40)를 까는 단계; (e) 상기 단계 (d)의 복합 방수 시트(40)에 고무아스팔트 도막 방수제(30b)를 도포하는 단계; 및 (f) 상기 단계 (e)의 도포된 고무아스팔트 도막 방수제 위에 누름면(50)을 형성하는 단계. 본 발명의 방법으로 시공한 비노출형 방수 구조체는 방수 구조체의 내구성이 현저한 것은 물론, 시공 방법이 간단하고, 시공 비용이 저렴한 장점이 있다.
