A Non-Combustible Composite Insulated Building Panel Structure and Manufacturing Method thereof
The present invention relates to a construction fire-retardant composite insulation panel, which can easily and quickly install a wall used for exterior use in building construction, and can reduce a load on a building by reducing the weight of the wall. For the above purpose, by using a pyrotechnic structure made of a phenolic foam material, the best insulation effect and the minimum wall thickness were used and a space was wider than an existing floor area. In addition, the present invention aims to reduce construction costs and shorten a construction time of the wall by reducing a wall process, and to reduce the weight of the building to increase seismic capacity and a life of the building.
본 발명은 건축 불연 복합 단열 판넬에 관한 것으로서, 건물 건축 시 외장용으로 이용되는 벽체를 용이하고 신속하게 설치할 수 있고, 벽체를 경량화하여 건축물의 부하를 경감시킬 수 있는 구조를 가지도록 하는 건축 불연 복합 단열 판넬 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것이며, 이를 위하여 페놀폼(Phenolic Foam) 소재를 이용한 불연 내화 벽체 구조를 이용하도록 함으로써, 최고의 단열 효과와 최소의 벽 두께를 만들어 기존의 바닥 면적보다 더 넓은 공간을 이용했으며, 벽체의 공정을 줄여 건축비의 절감 및 공기 단축을 하며, 건축물의 하중을 줄여 지진 및 건축물의 수명을 늘이고자 하는 것이다.
