The present invention relates to a U-bolt-type material binder of a latch form for construction of a concrete building. An objective of the present invention is to bind materials even in a condition where a U-bolt cannot be installed to enclose a circumferential portion of a material by a structure of a material such as a form and an installation condition since a binding bolt is stopped on a stopping unit (a protrusion or a groove) of a material by a latch bar to be fixed, and a first and a second screw bar are fixed on a different material with a first and a second tightening nut to bind the materials. According to the present invention, the U-bolt-type material binder of a latch form for construction of a concrete building comprises: a U-bolt-type binding bolt (10) including a latch bar (11) which has a bar shape of a prescribed length and is stopped on a first material (e.g., wood core soffit) to be fixed, and a first and a second screw bar (12, 13) which are extended from both longitudinal sides of the latch bar and have screw threads formed on outer circumferential surfaces thereof; and a first and a second tightening nut (20) to fix a second material (beam form support) supporting the first material on the first material while being screwed to the first and the second screw bar of the U-bolt-type binding bolt. The latch bar of the U-bolt-type binding bolt has a groove or a protrusion fixed by being stopped on a protrusion or a groove formed on the first material. Accordingly, while the latch bar of the U-bolt-type binding bolt is fixed on the first material, the first and the second screw bar enclose or penetrate the second material, and the first and the second tightening nut are screwed to the first and the second screw bar to be supported on the second material to bind the first and the second material.

본 발명은 콘크리트 건축물 시공을 위한 걸쇠식 유볼트형 자재 결속구에 관한 것으로, 결속볼트가 걸쇠봉을 통해 자재의 걸림부(턱, 홈)에 걸려 고정되고 아울러, 제1,2나사봉이 제1,2조임 너트와 함께 다른 자재에 고정되어 자재들을 결속하므로 거푸집 등 자재의 구성과 설치 조건에 따라 유 볼트를 자재의 둘레부를 감싸도록 설치할 수 없는 조건에서도 자재들을 결속하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명에 의한 콘크리트 건축물 시공을 위한 걸쇠식 유볼트형 자재 결속구는, 소정 길이의 봉 형태이며 제1자재(예컨대 목심 소피트)에 걸려 고정되는 걸쇠봉(11), 상기 걸쇠봉의 길이방향 양측에서 각각 연장 형성되며 외주면에 나사선이 형성된 제1,2나사봉(12,13)을 포함하는 유 볼트형 결속볼트(10)와; 상기 유 볼트형 결속볼트의 제1,2나사봉에 나사 체결되면서 상기 제1자재를 지지하는 제2자재(보거푸집 지지대)를 상기 제1자재에 고정하는 제1,2조임 너트(20)를 포함하고, 상기 유볼트형 결속볼트의 걸쇠봉은 상기 제1자재에 형성되는 턱 또는 홈에 걸려 고정되는 홈 또는 턱을 갖는 형태이며, 이에 의하여 상기 유볼트형 결속볼트의 걸쇠봉이 상기 제1자재에 고정된 상태에서 상기 제1,2나사봉이 상기 제2자재를 감싸거나 관통되고 상기 제1,2조임 너트가 상기 제1,2나사봉에 나사 체결되어 상기 제2자재에 지지됨으로써 상기 제1,2자재를 결속한다.
