U BOLT TYPE FIXTURE UNIT OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL
The present invention relates to a wedge-type clamp for binding materials for construction of a concrete building. An objective of the present invention is to bind materials even in a condition where a U-bolt cannot be installed to enclose a circumferential portion of a material by a structure of a material such as a form and an installation condition, and bind materials in a wedge form while a wedge pin moves straight since a binding bolt is stopped on a stopping unit (a protrusion or a groove) of a material by a latch bar to be fixed, and a first and a second screw bar are fixed on a different material with a first and a second tightening nut to bind the materials. According to the present invention, the wedge-type clamp for binding materials for construction of a concrete building comprises: a binding pin (10) including a latch bar (11) stopped on a first material (wood core soffit) to be fixed, a connection bar (12, 13) extended from the latch bar at a prescribed angle, and a guide bar (14) extended from the connection bar at a prescribed angle; and a wedge pin (20) having an inclined wedge hole (21) inclined towards one direction, to which the guide bar of the binding pin is slidably connected. The wedge pin is guided by the guide bar of the binding pin to move straight and is tightly fixed on the second material (beam form support) to bind the first and the second material with the binding pin.
본 발명은 콘크리트 건축물 시공을 위한 자재 결속용 쐐기식 클램프에 관한 것으로, 결속볼트가 걸쇠봉을 통해 자재의 걸림부(턱, 홈)에 걸려 고정되고 아울러, 제1,2나사봉이 제1,2조임 너트와 함께 다른 자재에 고정되어 자재들을 결속하므로 거푸집 등 자재의 구성과 설치 조건에 따라 유 볼트를 자재의 둘레부를 감싸도록 설치할 수 없는 조건에서도 자재들을 결속하고, 쐐기핀이 직선이동하면서 자재들을 쐐기식으로 결속함을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명에 의한 콘크리트 건축물 시공을 위한 자재 결속용 쐐기식 클램프는, 제1자재(목심 소피트)에 걸려 고정되는 걸쇠봉(11), 상기 걸쇠봉에서 일정 각도로 연장 형성되는 연결봉(12,13), 상기 연결봉에 일정 각도로 연장 형성되는 가이드봉(14)을 포함하는 결속핀(10)과; 일방향을 향해 경사지며 상기 결속핀의 가이드봉이 슬라이딩 가능하게 연결되는 경사형 쐐기홀(21)을 갖는 쐐기핀(20)을 포함하며, 상기 쐐기핀이 상기 결속핀의 가이드봉과 상기 쐐기홀의 안내를 받아 직선 이동하면서 상기 제2자재(보거푸집 지지대)에 밀착 고정되어 상기 결속핀과 함께 상기 제1,2자재를 결속한다.

The present invention relates to a wedge-type clamp for binding materials for construction of a concrete building.
