Disclosed is an apparatus to connect a steel pipe, capable of enhancing economic efficiency and producibility. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus to connect a steel pipe comprises: an upper joint fixed in a bottom part of an upper steel pipe; a lower joint fixed on a top part of a lower steel pipe; and a front end connecting member. The upper joint comprises: a first coupling unit outwardly protruding from a bottom part to be formed in a circumferential direction; a first guide unit spaced apart from the first coupling unit at a predetermined interval and having an outer diameter greater than that of the first coupling unit; a first circumferential groove formed between the first connection unit and the first guide unit; and a first notch part forming in the first guide unit. The lower joint comprises: a second coupling unit outwardly protruding from a bottom part to be formed in a circumferential direction; a second guide unit spaced apart from the second coupling unit at a predetermined interval and having an outer diameter greater than that of the second coupling unit; a second circumferential groove formed between the second connection unit and the second guide unit; and a second notch part formed in the second guide unit. The front end connection member are installed to cover the first and second coupling units when the first and second coupling units are in contact with each other to face each other, and to fill the first and second circumferential grooves through the first and second notch part.
