The present invention provides a form panel in which vertical ribs and horizontal ribs are engaged with each other by rib slots and protruding parts, thus maintaining the arrangement of the vertical and horizontal ribs against external pressure. The panel includes a plate (10); ribs (20) combined with a rear surface of the plate (10), the ribs including a plurality of vertical ribs (21) and a plurality of horizontal ribs (22) intersecting with each other so as to be combined with each other, wherein the horizontal ribs (22) include: a lower rib member (221) combined with the rear surface of the plate (10) and having a plurality of lower rib slots (2211) provided in longitudinal directions thereof; a pair of middle rib members (222) combined with the lower rib member (221) by standing in longitudinal directions thereof, wherein the pair of middle rib members include: lower protruding parts (2221) provided on a first side of the middle rib members by corresponding to the lower rib slots (2211); upper protruding parts (2222) provided on a second side of the middle rib members; and a plurality of middle rib slots (2223) provided so as to intersect with longitudinal directions of the middle rib members; and an upper rib member (223) combined with the middle rib members (222), wherein the upper rib member includes upper rib slots (2231) provided thereon in longitudinal directions thereof so as to correspond to the upper protruding parts (2222), and the vertical ribs (21) are configured to be engaged with the middle rib slots (2223) and arranged so as to intersect with the middle rib members (222).
