Semi-nonflammable board using Kenaf non-woven fabric and manufacturing method thereof
The present invention relates to a nonflammable board for a building and, more specifically, to a nonflammable board based on kenaf non-woven fabric having excellent texture, color, noise absorption, insulation, heat reserving, and the like unlike a conventional a gypsum board or a hard ceramic board. According to the present invention, a semi-nonflammable kenaf board is an environmentally-friendly board not containing an organic flame retardant to be used for interior and exterior wall materials of a building. Moreover, a board using the semi-nonflammable kenaf board on both surfaces and filling urethane foam in the inside therebetween is an environmentally-friendly and lightweight building material simulate having semi-nonflammable and insulation characteristics, thereby being able to be variously used for a refrigerant panel, a semi-nonflammable panel, and uses simultaneously requiring inflammable and insulation properties. According to the present invention, the semi-nonflammable kenaf board comprises an inorganic binder and the kenaf non-woven fabric.
본원 발명은 건축용 불연보드에 관한 것으로 종래의 석고보드나 경질 세라믹 보드와는 달리 질감이나 색상, 흡음, 단열성, 보온 등에서 탁월한 케나프 부직포를 기초로 한 불연보드에 대한 것으로 본원 발명에 따른 준불연 케나프 보드는 유기난연제를 함유하지 않는 친환경 보드로서 건축물 내외장 벽재로 사용할 수 있으며, 준불연 케나프 보드를 양면에 사용하고 내부를 우레탄폼으로 채운 보드는 준불연 특성과 단열특성을 동시에 갖춘 친환경적이고 경량인 건축자재로 냉동패널, 준불연패널 및 불연성과 단열성을 동시에 요구하는 용도로 다양하게 사용될 수 있다.
