REINFORCEMENT APPARATUS FOR TILE'S BACK ATTACHMENT AND TILE CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to an apparatus for joining and reinforcing the back of a tile and a tile construction method using the same. The apparatus for joining and reinforcing the back of a tile, which is mounted on the back of a tile in order to firmly attach tiles onto a wall body, comprises: a plate-shaped back board compressed and fixed on an adhesive member previously applied to the back of the tile; a hollow member protruding forwardly from the back plate to a predetermined distance; and a plate-shaped front board combined with a front end portion of the hollow member and mounted to be opposite to the back board. The back board and the front board have outer circumferences wider than the outer circumference of the hollow member. The back board has a plurality of adhesion holes so that a portion of the adhesive member is pushed out toward the front side when the back board is compressed to the adhesive member. Therefore, the present invention can prevent errors in construction, such as exfoliation, excitation or droop of tiles, by increasing adhesive force of the tiles.
본 발명은 타일 배면 접합 보강 장치 및 이를 이용한 타일 시공 방법에 관한 것으로서, 건축용 타일을 벽체에 견고하게 부착시키기 위해 타일의 배면에 장착되는 타일 배면 접합 보강 장치로서, 상기 타일의 배면에 미리 도포되는 접착 부재에 압착하여 고정하는 판상의 배면판과, 상기 배면판으로부터 전방으로 일정 거리 돌출하여 형성되는 중공의 통상 부재, 및 상기 통상 부재의 선단부에 결합되어 상기 배면판과 마주보도록 대향 설치되는 판상의 전면판으로 구성하되, 상기 배면판과 전면판은 상기 통상 부재의 외주보다도 더 넓은 외주를 형성하도록 구비되고, 상기 배면판에는, 상기 배면판을 상기 접착 부재에 압착시 상기 접착 부재의 일부가 전방측을 향해 밀려나올 수 있도록 다수의 접착공이 관통 형성됨으로써, 타일의 벽체 부착력을 증가시켜 타일의 탈락이나 들뜸 또는 처짐 등의 시공 불량이 방지되도록 하는 것이다.
