SUB-APPARATUS FOR TILE'S BACK ATTACHMENT AND TILE CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a subsidiary apparatus for joining the back of a tile, and a tile construction method using the same. The subsidiary apparatus for joining the back of a tile, which is arranged inside an adhesive member coated on the back of a tile in order to firmly attach tiles onto a wall body, comprises: a plate-shaped body part having a front surface part and a rear surface part with a predetermined area to be compressed and fixed to an adhesive member previously coated on the back of the tile. The body part has a plurality of bonding holes so that a part of the adhesive member comes out toward a front side when the rear surface part is compressed to the adhesive member. Therefore, the present invention can reduce construction costs by reducing the amount of used of expensive adhesive member, such as epoxy, and prevent errors in construction, such as exfoliation, excitation or drooping of tiles, by securing and maintaining high intensity bonding force between the tile and the wall body.
본 발명은 타일 배면 접합 보조 장치 및 이를 이용한 타일 시공 방법에 관한 것으로서, 건축용 타일을 벽체에 견고하게 부착시키기 위해 상기 타일의 배면에 도포되는 접착 부재의 내부에 배치하는 타일 배면 접합 보조 장치로서, 상기 타일의 배면에 미리 도포되는 접착 부재에 압착하여 고정할 수 있도록 소정의 면적을 가지는 전면부와 배면부가 형성된 판상의 몸체부를 구비하고, 상기 몸체부에는 상기 배면부를 상기 접착 부재에 압착시 상기 접착 부재의 일부가 전방측을 향해 밀려나올 수 있도록 다수의 접착공이 관통 형성되도록 함으로써, 에폭시 등과 같은 고가의 접착 부재의 사용량을 줄일 수 있게 하여 시공비를 절감할 수 있게 할 뿐 아니라, 타일과 벽체의 고강도 결합력을 확보 및 유지할 수 있게 하여 타일의 탈락이나 들뜸 또는 처짐 등의 시공 불량을 방지할 수 있게 하는 것이다.
