본 발명은 콘크리트 강도 증진용 결합제 및 이를 포함하는 폴리머 시멘트 복합체 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 카테콜계 유기 화합물 및 아민계 고분자를 포함하는 콘크리트 강도 증진용 결합제는 모르타르나 콘크리트 등에 적용하여 각 조성 간의 접착력과 함께 철 등의 피착물에 대한 접착력을 높여 구조물 자체의 강도를 증가시킬 수 있는 폴리머 시멘트 복합체 조성물에 관한 것이다.
