TENDON MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND MANAGEMENT METHOD FOR REMOVABLE EARTH ANCHOR
According to an aspect of the present invention, disclosed is a tendon management system for a removable earth anchor which manages a tendon (11) which is taken out to the outside and removed from a removable earth anchor (10) buried in the ground (20) and used to fix an earth retaining wall (30) after construction. The system comprises: an electronic tag unit (100) disposed between a tendon (11) included in the removable earth anchor (10) and a covering material (12) coated on the circumferential surface of the tendon (11), fixedly installed in the tendon (11), taken out to the outside together with the tendon (11) when the tendon (11) is removed, and having individual code information stored therein, wherein the individual code information is distinct by each tendon (11); and a management device unit (200) for wirelessly recognizing the electronic tag unit (100) to receive the stored individual code information and dividedly operating into an input mode before construction and an input mode after removal to separately display, on a screen, the state of the tendon buried into the ground (20) during construction and the state of the tendon removed from the ground (20) after construction.
본 발명의 특징에 따르면, 지반(20)에 매설되어 토류벽(30)을 고정하는데 사용되는 제거식 어스앙카(10)로부터 공사후 외부로 인출되어 제거되는 긴장재(11)를 관리하기 위한 제거식 어스앙카용 긴장재 관리시스템에 있어서, 상기 제거식 어스앙카(10)에 포함된 긴장재(11)와 상기 긴장재(11)의 둘레면에 피복된 피복재(12) 사이에 배치되고, 상기 긴장재(11)에 고정설치되어 긴장재(11) 제거시 함께 외부로 인출되며, 내부에는 각 긴장재(11)별로 구분되는 개별코드정보가 저장된 전자태그부(100); 및 상기 전자태그부(100)를 무선인식하여 저장된 개별코드정보를 입력받으며, 시공전 입력모드와 제거후 입력모드로 구분동작하여 시공시 지반(20)에 매설되는 긴장재 현황과 공사후 지반(20)으로부터 제거된 긴장재 현황을 구분하여 화면표시하는 관리장치부(200);를 포함하는 제거식 어스앙카용 긴장재 관리시스템이 제공된다.
