MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND MANAGEMENT METHOD FOR TENDON CABLE OF REMOVABLE GROUND ANCHOR AND REMOVABLE NAIL
According to the present invention, provided is a tension material management system for managing a tension material (11) removed by being withdrawn to the outside after construction from a removable nail (10) or a removable ground anchor which is buried in a ground (20) and is used to fix a retaining wall (30). The tension material management system comprises: an electronic tag unit (100) which is disposed between the tension material (11) included in the removable ground anchor or the removable nail (10) and a cover pipe (12) coated on a circumferential surface of the tension material (11), is fixed and mounted to the tension material (11), is withdrawn to the outside when the tension material (11) is removed, and stores individual code information divided for each tension material (11) inside; and a management device unit (200) which wirelessly recognizes the electronic tag unit (100), receives the stored individual code information, distinguishes a status of the tension material buried in the ground (20) during construction and a status of the tension material removed from the ground (20) by using the inputted individual code information, and displays the same on a screen.
본 발명의 특징에 따르면, 지반(20)에 매설되어 흙막이벽(30)을 고정하는데 사용되는 제거식 그라운드앵커나 제거식 네일(10)로부터 공사후 외부로 인출되어 제거되는 긴장재(11)를 관리하기 위한 긴장재 관리시스템에 있어서, 상기 제거식 그라운드앵커나 제거식 네일(10)에 포함된 긴장재(11)와 상기 긴장재(11)의 둘레면에 피복된 피복파이프(12) 사이에 배치되고, 상기 긴장재(11)에 고정장착되어 긴장재(11) 제거시 함께 외부로 인출되며, 내부에는 각 긴장재(11)별로 구분되는 개별코드정보가 저장된 전자태그부(100); 및 상기 전자태그부(100)를 무선인식하여 저장된 개별코드정보를 입력받으며, 입력된 개별코드정보를 이용하여 시공시 지반(20)에 매설되는 긴장재 현황과 공사 후 지반(20)으로부터 제거된 긴장재 현황을 구분하여 화면표시하는 관리장치부(200);를 포함하는 긴장재 관리시스템이 제공된다.
