Adjusting type butterfly hinge
The present invention relates to a butterfly hinge having an adjustment function, by which when a coupling state of a window is unbalanced or the window is defected while the window is continuously opened and closed or due to a load of the window, the unbalance or the deflection is corrected by a simple structure. The present invention provides a butterfly hinge having an adjustment function coupled to a window frame (10) or a door frame such that a window (11) or a door may be opened and closed in a slide manner, the butterfly hinge including: a first wind piece (21) coupled onto one side surface of the window frame (10) or the door frame; and a second wing piece (22) coupled onto one surface of the window (11) or the door in a state in which the second wing piece (22) is coupled by the hinge shaft (23) to be rotated about the first wind piece (21), wherein the second wing piece (22) includes a base coupled onto the window (11) or the door, an adjustment body (25) coupled onto the hinge shaft (23) in a state in which the adjustment body (25) is coupled onto the base (24), an adjustment bolt (26) interposed between the base (24) and the adjustment body (25) to adjust an interval between the base (24) and the adjustment body (25); and a guide pin (36) configured to guide the base (24) and the adjustment body (35) when the interval is adjusted by the adjustment bolt (26).
본 발명은 창호의 사용중에 지속적인 여닫이 과정이나 창호 자체의 하중에 의해 결합상태가 불균형하거나 처짐이 발생될 때에 간단한 구조에 의해 보정할 수 있도록 된 조절기능을 갖는 나비힌지에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 창틀(10)이나 문틀 상에 창문(11)이나 도어를 여닫이 방식으로 개폐하도록 결합되는 나비힌지에 있어서; 상기 창틀(10)이나 문틀의 일측면 상에 결합되는 제1 날개편(21)과; 상기 제1 날개편(21)에 대해 회동하도록 힌지축(23)에 의해 결합된 상태에서 상기 창문(11)이나 도어의 일측면 상에 결합되는 제2 날개편(22)을 포함하여 이루어지며; 상기 제2 날개편(22)은 상기 창문(11)이나 도어 상에 결합되는 베이스(24)와, 이 베이스(24) 상에 결합된 상태로 상기 힌지축(23) 상에 결합되는 조절체(25)와, 상기 베이스(24)와 조절체(25) 사이의 간격을 조절하도록 개재된 조절볼트(26)와, 상기 조절볼트(26)에 의해 간격이 조절될 때에 상기 베이스(24)와 조절체(25)를 안내하는 가이드핀(36)이 구비된 조절기능을 갖는 나비힌지가 제공된다.

The present invention provides a butterfly hinge having an adjustment function coupled to a window frame (10) or a door frame such that a window (11) or a door may be opened and closed in a slide manner, the butterfly hinge including: a first wind piece (21) coupled onto one side surface of the window frame (10) or the door frame; and a second wing piece (22) coupled onto one surface of the window (11) or the door in a state in which the second wing piece (22) is coupled by the hinge shaft (23) to be rotated about the first wind piece (21), wherein the second wing piece (22) includes a base coupled onto the window (11) or the door, an adjustment body (25) coupled onto the hinge shaft (23) in a state in which the adjustment body (25) is coupled onto the base (24), an adjustment bolt (26) interposed between the base (24) and the adjustment body (25) to adjust an interval between the base (24) and the adjustment body (25); and a guide pin (36) configured to guide the base (24) and the adjustment body (35) when the interval is adjusted by the adjustment bolt (26).
본 발명은 창호의 사용중에 지속적인 여닫이 과정이나 창호 자체의 하중에 의해 결합상태가 불균형하거나 처짐이 발생될 때에 간단한 구조에 의해 보정할 수 있도록 된 조절기능을 갖는 나비힌지에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 창틀(10)이나 문틀 상에 창문(11)이나 도어를 여닫이 방식으로 개폐하도록 결합되는 나비힌지에 있어서; 상기 창틀(10)이나 문틀의 일측면 상에 결합되는 제1 날개편(21)과; 상기 제1 날개편(21)에 대해 회동하도록 힌지축(23)에 의해 결합된 상태에서 상기 창문(11)이나 도어의 일측면 상에 결합되는 제2 날개편(22)을 포함하여 이루어지며; 상기 제2 날개편(22)은 상기 창문(11)이나 도어 상에 결합되는 베이스(24)와, 이 베이스(24) 상에 결합된 상태로 상기 힌지축(23) 상에 결합되는 조절체(25)와, 상기 베이스(24)와 조절체(25) 사이의 간격을 조절하도록 개재된 조절볼트(26)와, 상기 조절볼트(26)에 의해 간격이 조절될 때에 상기 베이스(24)와 조절체(25)를 안내하는 가이드핀(36)이 구비된 조절기능을 갖는 나비힌지가 제공된다.
