The present invention relates to a dryer for asphalt concrete. According to the present invention, a blocking plate assembly is installed in the middle or an outlet of the dryer, and a part of the heat discharged to the outlet of the dryer is held inside the dryer, and thus the temperature inside the dryer can be constantly maintained. The dryer for asphalt concrete according to the present invention includes an insulating cylinder body having an asphalt concrete inlet and an asphalt concrete outlet, a burner mounted on one side of the insulating cylinder body close to the inlet of the insulating cylinder body and heating asphalt concrete to a high temperature, and driving means rotating the insulating cylinder body. A part of the heat discharged to the outlet of the insulating cylinder body is retained in the insulating cylinder body. At least one blocking plate assembly is installed between the other side and the inside of the insulating cylinder body so that some of the asphalt concrete dust discharged to the outlet of the insulating cylinder body is blocked.
본 발명은 차단판 조립체를 드라이어의 중간 또는 출구에 설치해서, 드라이어의 출구로 배출되는 일부의 열기를 드라이어의 내부로 체류시켜 드라이어 내부의 온도를 고르게 유지할 수 있는 아스콘용 드라이어에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 아스콘용 드라이어는, 아스콘이 투입되는 입구와 아스콘이 배출되는 출구를 구비한 단열원통체와, 단열원통체의 입구와 근접하는 단열원통체의 일측에 장착되고 아스콘을 고온으로 가열하는 버너와, 단열원통체를 회전시키는 구동수단을 포함하는 아스콘용 드라이어에 있어서, 단열원통체의 출구로 배출되는 일부의 열기를 단열원통체의 내부에 체류시키고, 단열원통체의 출구로 배출되는 아스콘 분진의 일부를 차단하기 위해서 단열원통체의 내부에서 타측 사이에 적어도 하나 이상 설치되는 차단판 조립체를 포함한다.
The present invention relates to a dryer for asphalt concrete.
