LOCKING DEVICE FOR VEHICLE TAILGATE
Disclosed is an automobile tailgate lock apparatus. The automobile tailgate lock apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a latch assembly for engaging or disengaging a striker. The latch assembly includes: a housing; a latch member which is installed in the housing and binds or releases the striker by rotation; a pawl member rotationally installed in the housing and restraining or releasing the latch member; a drive unit for rotating the pawl member to release constraint of the latch member; an engaging member for engaging and restraining the pawl member when the pawl member rotates in a state in which the latch member is released from the constraint; and an engagement release unit for pressing the latch member to release the constraint of the pawl member when the engaging member is rotated in a state in which engagement of the striker is released.
차량 테일게이트 잠금장치를 개시한다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 차량 테일게이트 잠금장치는 스트라이커를 결속하거나 결속 해제하는 래치어셈블리를 포함하고, 래치어셈블리는 하우징, 하우징에 설치되며 회전에 의해 스트라이커를 결속하거나 결속 해제하는 래치부재, 하우징에 회전 가능하게 설치되며 래치부재를 구속하거나 구속을 해제하는 폴부재, 래치부재의 구속 해제를 위해 폴부재를 회전시키는 구동부, 래치부재의 구속을 해제한 상태로 폴부재가 회전하면 폴부재를 걸어 구속하는 걸림부재, 스트라이커의 결속을 해제한 상태로 래치부재가 회전할 때 걸림부재를 가압해 폴부재의 구속을 해제하는 걸림해제부를 포함한다.

Disclosed is an automobile tailgate lock apparatus. The automobile tailgate lock apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a latch assembly for engaging or disengaging a striker. 차량 테일게이트 잠금장치를 개시한다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 차량 테일게이트 잠금장치는 스트라이커를 결속하거나 결속 해제하는 래치어셈블리를 포함하고, 래치어셈블리는 하우징, 하우징에 설치되며 회전에 의해 스트라이커를 결속하거나 결속 해제하는 래치부재, 하우징에 회전 가능하게 설치되며 래치부재를 구속하거나 구속을 해제하는 폴부재, 래치부재의 구속 해제를 위해 폴부재를 회전시키는 구동부, 래치부재의 구속을 해제한 상태로 폴부재가 회전하면 폴부재를 걸어 구속하는 걸림부재, 스트라이커의 결속을 해제한 상태로 래치부재가 회전할 때 걸림부재를 가압해 폴부재의 구속을 해제하는 걸림해제부를 포함한다.
