The present invention relates to a waterproof sheet of a roof, which is constructed at a lower side of a roof finishing material of a building to prevent water from penetrating from the outside. More specifically, a waterproof sheet of a roof is constructed at a lower side of a roof finishing material of a building to prevent water from penetrating from the outside, and comprises: polypropylene felt formed at an upper side, and having a non-slip function; polypropylene fabric formed at a lower side of the polypropylene felt; a polypropylene binder in which polypropylene resin is applied and formed between the polypropylene felt and the polypropylene fabric; a coal tar layer applied to and formed on a lower surface of the polypropylene fabric; and a release film attached to a lower surface of the coal tar layer, and capable of being removed in construction.
본 발명은 건축물의 지붕 마감재의 하측에 시공되어 외부로부터 수분이 침투되는 것을 방지하는 지붕 방수재에 관한 것으로, 건축물의 지붕 마감재의 하측에 시공되어 외부 수분의 침투를 방지하는 지붕 방수재에 있어서 상측에 형성되고 미끄럼 방지 기능을 갖는 폴리프로필렌 부직포; 상기 폴리프로필렌 부직포의 하측에 형성된 폴리프로필렌 직물; 상기 폴리프로필렌 부직포과 폴리프로필렌 직물의 사이에 폴리프로필렌 수지가 도포 형성된 폴리프로필렌 바인더; 상기 폴리프로필렌 직물의 하부면에 도포 형성된 콜타르층; 및 상기 콜타르층의 하부면에 부착되고 시공시 제거 가능한 이형필름을 포함하는 지붕 방수재를 제공한다.
