Device for supporting curved door of prefabricated toilet assembly
The present invention proposes a device for supporting a curved door of prefabricated toilet assembly. According to the present invention, the device is to support a curved door (4) for opening and closing a toilet space (R) formed by a plurality of partitions (12, 14), and includes: an arc upper rail supported by the partitions at a position corresponding to an upper portion of the door, and having a support surface formed with through-holes along the moving direction of the door; an upper roller assembly installed at an upper end of the door and having a plurality of running rollers coming into contact with a support surface of the upper rail through a support member passing through the through-hole and movably supporting the door; and a lower roller assembly supported by the partitions and rotatably supported by a roller shaft in the vertical direction, and having a guide roller inserted into a guide groove formed in a lower end of the door to prevent a lower shaking of the door. In addition, the guide roller, which is rotatably supported by a support member in the horizontal direction, installed while being inserted into the through-hole, and comes into contact with one side of an inner surface of the through-hole, is provided, so that the shaking is minimized when opening and closing the door.
본 발명은 조립식 화장실에서 곡면 도어의 개폐를 위한 지지장치를 제안한다. 본 발명은 다수의 칸막이(12,14)에 의하여 형성되는 화장실 공간(R)을 개폐하기 위한 곡면 도어(4)를 지지하기 위한 것이고; 도어의 상부에 해당하는 위치에서 칸막이에 지지되고, 도어의 이동 방향을 따르는 관통공이 성형된 지지면을 구비하는 원호형 상부레일과; 도어의 상단부에 설치되고, 관통공을 통과하는 지지부재를 통하여 상부레일의 지지면에 접촉하고 도어를 이동 가능하게 지지하는 다수의 주행롤러를 구비하는 상부롤러조립체; 그리고 상기 칸막이에 지지되고 수직 방향의 롤러축에 의하여 회전 가능하게 지지되고, 도어 하단부 성형된 가이드홈에 삽입되어 도어의 하부 흔들림을 방지하는 가이드롤러를 구비하는 하부롤러조립체로 구성된다. 그리고 지지부재에 수평방향으로 회동 가능하게 지지되고, 상기 관통공에 삽입된 상태로 설치되어 관통공의 내측면 일측에 접촉할 수 안내롤러를 설치하여 도어 개폐시 흔들림을 최소화한다.

The present invention proposes a device for supporting a curved door of prefabricated toilet assembly. 본 발명은 조립식 화장실에서 곡면 도어의 개폐를 위한 지지장치를 제안한다. 본 발명은 다수의 칸막이(12,14)에 의하여 형성되는 화장실 공간(R)을 개폐하기 위한 곡면 도어(4)를 지지하기 위한 것이고; 도어의 상부에 해당하는 위치에서 칸막이에 지지되고, 도어의 이동 방향을 따르는 관통공이 성형된 지지면을 구비하는 원호형 상부레일과; 도어의 상단부에 설치되고, 관통공을 통과하는 지지부재를 통하여 상부레일의 지지면에 접촉하고 도어를 이동 가능하게 지지하는 다수의 주행롤러를 구비하는 상부롤러조립체; 그리고 상기 칸막이에 지지되고 수직 방향의 롤러축에 의하여 회전 가능하게 지지되고, 도어 하단부 성형된 가이드홈에 삽입되어 도어의 하부 흔들림을 방지하는 가이드롤러를 구비하는 하부롤러조립체로 구성된다. 그리고 지지부재에 수평방향으로 회동 가능하게 지지되고, 상기 관통공에 삽입된 상태로 설치되어 관통공의 내측면 일측에 접촉할 수 안내롤러를 설치하여 도어 개폐시 흔들림을 최소화한다.
