A device for supporting a curved door for a fabricated toilet assembly
The present invention provides a support device which opens and closes a door in an accurate path for a curved door. An upper guide rail (108) of the device for supporting a curved door of a prefabricated bathroom is formed in a curved shape in opening and closing directions of the curved door (100), has a horizontal support surface (115) divided in half by a passing hole, and is installed to support an upper portion of the curved door. Moreover, a lower guide rail (110) has the same curved shape as the upper guide rail, and is installed on a floor surface to support a lower portion of the curved door. A lower guide roller (102) is installed on the lower end of the curved door. A guide protrusion (112) is formed on an upper surface of the lower guide rail, and a guide groove (104), into which the guide protrusion is inserted, is formed on the lower guide roller (102).
본 발명은 곡면 도어에서 도어가 정확한 경로로 개폐되는 지지장치를 제안한다. 본 발명 조립식 화장실 곡면 도어 지지장치의 상부 가이드레일(108)은, 곡면 도어(100)의 개폐방향을 따르는 곡면형상으로 성형되고, 통과공에 의하여 이분되는 수평지지면(115)을 가지며, 곡면 도어의 상부를 지지하기 위하여 설치된다. 그리고 하부 가이드레일(110)은, 상부 가이드레일과 동일한 곡면 형상을 가지고, 바닥면에 설치되어 곡면 도어의 하부를 지지할 수 있도록 설치된다. 여기서 곡면 도어의 하단부에는 하부 가이드롤러(102)가 설치된다. 그리고 하부 가이드레일의 상면에는 가이드돌기(112)가 성형되고, 하부 가이드롤러(102)에는 가이드돌기가 삽입되는 가이드홈(104)이 성형된다.
