Provided is a fixing clip for a rail snow-melting heater. The fixing clip provided in a form to surround first and second slope surfaces inclinedly extending from both sides of a lower part of a pole part comprises: a floor plate part having first and second floor plates; first and second fitting parts respectively extending from the first floor plate and the second floor plate; a first swash plate extending from the first fitting part and arranged along the first slope surface; a first contact plate extending from the first swash plate and arranged on the first slope surface; a heater fixing part extending from the first contact plate and having a heater seating recess to which a snow-melting heater is fit; and a second contact plate extending from the second fitting part and arranged along the second slope surface. The fixing clip can prevent slip of hooks along a railroad rail surface, prevent deterioration and loss of a heating function due to movement or separation of the snow-melting heater so as to stably prevent malfunction of an automatic switch due to heavy snow or freezing.
본 발명은 제목을 개시한다. 본 발명의 제목은, 철도레일의 기둥부 일측면에 길이재의 융설히터를 탄력적으로 끼움 고정하도록 길이재의 금속 띠판재를 수회 굽힘 가공한 것으로, 상기 기둥부의 하부 양측에서 경사지게 연장되는 제1,2경사면과 철도레일의 바닥을 감싸는 형태로 제공되는 고정클립에 있어서, 상기 철도레일의 하면에 위치되는 것으로 굽힘선을 중심으로 양측으로 각각 상향 연장되는 제1,2바닥판으로 된 바닥판부와; 상기 제1바닥판과 제2바닥판에서 각각 연장되어 철도레일의 몸체부양측을 감싸도록 굽힘 가공된 제1,2끼움부와; 상기 제1끼움부에서 연장되어 상기 제1경사면을 따라 배치되어 탄성지지력을 작용하도록 경사굽힘선을 형성한 제1경사판부와; 상기 제1경사판부에서 연장되어 상기 제1경사면 상에 배치되는 것으로 하면으로 상기 제1경사면에 대한 마찰력을 높인 후크부가 돌출 형성된 제1밀착판부와; 상기 제1밀착판부에서 연장되어 상기 기둥부의 일측 측부에 밀착되게 구비되되 내측으로 융설히터가 끼움 구비되는 히터안착홈부를 형성한 히터고정부; 상기 제2끼움부에서 연장되어 상기 제2경사면을 따라 배치되는 제2밀착판부를 포함하여 구성된다. 이와 같이 구성되는 본 발명의 제목은 철도레일의 측부에 밀착 구비되는 융설히터를 금속판재를 굽힘 가공하여 된 고정클립의 일부를 따내어 형성한 복수의 후크가 철도레일면을 따라 미끄러지는 현상을 방지하고 견고한 부착 상태를 유지함으로써 결과적으로 융설히터의 위치 이동이나 탈락으로 인한 히팅 기능의 저하나 상실을 방지하여 폭설이나 결빙으로 인한 전철기의 오동작을 안정적으로 방지하여 동작의 신뢰성을 보장할 수 있는 유용한 효과가 기대된다.
Provided is a fixing clip for a rail snow-melting heater.
