APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR SENSITIVITY SETTING OF JOYSTICK THUMBWHEEL FOR CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT
The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for setting joystick thumbwheel sensitivity of construction equipment. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus can comprise: a joystick thumbwheel generating thumbwheel voltage; a display unit displaying a setting menu for setting the sensitivity of the joystick thumbwheel and inputting a thumbwheel sensitivity set value from a user in the setting menu; a memory storing a data table for every thumbwheel sensitivity having a parameter corresponding to the thumbwheel sensitivity set value; a driving unit driving attachment attached to the construction equipment; and a control unit controlling the driving unit based on the parameter of the data table for every thumbwheel sensitivity corresponding to the thumbwheel set value input from the user when a movement signal of the joystick thumbwheel is detected.
본 발명은 건설기계의 조이스틱 썸휠 감도 설정 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따르는 건설기계의 조이스틱 썸휠 감도 설정 장치는, 썸휠전압을 발생시키는 조이스틱 썸휠; 상기 조이스틱 썸휠의 감도를 설정하기 위한 설정 메뉴를 표시하고, 상기 설정 메뉴 중에서 사용자로부터 썸휠감도 설정값을 입력받는 디스플레이부; 작업의 종류별로 상기 썸휠감도 설정값에 대응하는 파라미터가 저장된 썸휠감도별 데이터테이블을 저장하는 메모리; 상기 건설기계에 부착된 어태치먼트를 구동시키는 구동부; 및 상기 조이스틱 썸휠의 동작 신호를 감지하면, 상기 사용자로부터 입력된 썸휠감도 설정값에 대응하는 상기 썸휠감도별 데이터테이블의 파라미터에 기초하여 상기 구동부를 제어하는 제어부를 포함할 수 있다.
