Steel structure joining the joint of timber column and beam
The present invention relates to a steel material bonding joining tool of a hanok wooden beam and a timber column. A wooden combination hinge portion made by hands is replaced by the steel material bonding joining tool and the bonding is implemented in a wedge way such that precision and accuracy of the steel material bonding joining tool are same with that of the combination hinge portion while capable of performing quick and efficient bonding operation. In addition, each of the steel material bonding joining tool installed in a wooden beam and a column have a structure of a first set wedge bonding method such that the wooden beam and the column can be standardized in the first set wedge bonding method in manufacturing plants. Therefore, users without skills are able to easily build a structure of a wooden hanok with the standardized wooden beam and column. The steel material bonding joining tool comprises: a receiving supporting tool (100); a wall portion (110); a holding portion (120); a wedge portion (230); and a fixing portion (240).
본 발명은 한옥목재기둥과 들보 조인트의 강재 접합조립구에 관한 것으로 수작업으로 이루어지는 목재의 암수장부를 강재 접합조립구로 대체하면서 그 접합은 쐐기방식이 되게 함으로써 강재 접합조립구의 정교성과 정확성은 암수장부와 같으면서도 접합 작업의 신속하고 효율적으로 이루어지게 될 뿐만 아니라 목재기둥과 들보에 설치된 각각의 강재 접합조립구는 1셋트 쐐기접합방식의 구조가 되게 함으로써 1셋트 쐐기접합방식으로 목재기둥과 들보를 공장에서 표준화ㆍ규격화하는 것이 가능하고 표준화ㆍ규격화된 목재기둥과 들보로서 초보자라도 목재한옥의 골조축조가 가능하고 용이하도록 한 발명이다.
