Steel structure joining the joint of timber column and beam /and method locking firmly thereof
The present invention is formed with a steel wedge fixing assembling device (W) by a receiving supporter (100) and a wedge assembling device (200) on a joint part of a timber column (300) and a crossbeam (400) and is installed with the steel wedge fixing assembling device (W) in the joint part, thereby preventing the steel wedge fixing assembling device (W) from being exposed to the outside of the joint part so that a traditional value of the Korean-style house itself is maintained. Also, the present invention enables standardization by mechanical manufacture unlike traditional assembly and construction of the joint part by entire handwork so that manufacture and construction are efficient and economic.
본 발명은 목재기둥(300)과 들보(400)의 조인트부를 수용지지구(100)와 쐐기 조립구(200)에 의해 강재 쐐기고정조립구(W)가 형성되게 하되 강재 쐐기고정조립구(W)가 조인트부내부에 설치됨으로써 조인트부 외부로 강재 쐐기고정조립구(W)가 노출되지 않아 한옥그대로의 전통가치가 유지되면서 전적으로 수작업에 의한 전통적 조인트부 조립·축조와는 달리 기계적 제작에 의한 표준화ㆍ규격화가 가능하여 제작 및 축조가 효율적일 뿐만 아니라 경제적인 발명이다.
