Disclosed is a floor covering for indoor use for a building having a multi-layer structure. The floor covering for indoor use for a building is a floor material installed on a floor of an interior space of a building, and comprises: a lower panel having the bottom surface disposed opposite to the top surface of the bottom; an upper panel spaced apart from the upper surface of the lower panel; and a support member for supporting the upper panel with respect to the lower panel so as to form a space unit between the lower panel and the upper panel.
