Electric sliding door that slides through lower rail
The present invention relates to an electric door that performs a slide operation through a lower rail. According to the present invention, a moving body having a load body stably operates the door through a guide rail provided on a bottom surface, and the lower part of the door is open. Accordingly, access can be facilitated, fast and accurate passage is performed based on fast safety sensor detection, and the present invention is used as a door installed in an immigration inspection station of an airport and passing through an immigration person. The present invention includes an entrance having wall surfaces on both sides of a passage provided with a central protector, a guide rail provided on the front bottom of the wall surface and having a middle rail protruding upwards, a control box provided on the front surface of the guide rail, having multiple hangers having therein wheels on a timing belt connected to a motor pulley and a pulley, and provided with a driving device in which the hanger moves along the rail by the power of the motor, a moving body provided on the rail of the guide rail and not exposed to the outside with an operating body having an inner load body installed inside the control box, a door installed such that the lower side detaches from the bottom and so as to protrude upwards on the upper surface of the moving body, a link plate installed on the upper and lower sides of the back surface of the moving body and including an upper link plate in which a roller formed at the rear end is inserted and installed in the rail of the control box and a lower link plate having a rear end fixedly installed in the door hanger of the driving device, and an object-recognizing safety sensor installed on a side surface of the control box.
본 발명은 하부형 레일을 통해 슬라이드 작동을 하는 전동 도어에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 바닥면에 설치된 가이드레일을 통해 하중체를 갖는 이동체가 도어를 안정적으로 작동시키며, 도어의 하측 부분이 개방되어 있어 출입이 용이하고, 안전센서의 빠른 감지를 통해 신속하고 정확한 통과가 이루어지며, 공항의 출입국 검사대에 설치하여 출입국자를 통과시키는 도어로 사용하는 것이다 이는 중앙에 보호대가 설치된 통로의 양측에 벽면을 갖는 출입구와, 상기 벽면의 전면 바닥에 설치되며 중앙에 상향 돌출된 레일이 형성된 가이드 레일과, 상기 가이드 레일의 전면에 설치되고 내부에 풀리 및 모터 풀리에 연결된 타이밍벨트에 바퀴를 갖는 행거를 다수를 설치하며, 모터의 동력에 의해 행거가 레일을 따라 이동하는 구동장치가 설치된 제어 박스와, 상기 가이드 레일의 레일 위에 설치되며 내부 하중체가 형성된 작동 몸체가 제어 상자의 내측에 설치되어 외부로 노출되지 않는 이동체와, 상기 이동체의 상면에 상향 돌출되면서 하측이 바닥에서 떨어지도록 설치되는 도어와, 상기 이동체의 배면 상측과 하측에 설치되며 후단에 형성된 롤러가 제어박스의 레일에 삽입 설치되는 상측 링크판과 후단이 구동장치의 도어행거에 고정설치되는 하측 링크판으로 이루어진 링크판과, 상기 제어 박스의 측면에 설치하여 사물을 인지하는 안전센서로 구성한다.

The present invention relates to an electric door that performs a slide operation through a lower rail.
