TIP STRENGTHENING DEVICE FOR PILE IN EMBEDDED STEEL PIPE PILES
The present invention relates to an upper-end reinforcing apparatus of an embedded steel pipe pile. More specifically, the present invention relates to an upper-end reinforcing apparatus installed in the upper end of a steel pipe pile embedded in the ground. The tip reinforcing apparatus comprises: a through-hole formed in the center of the through-hole to enable slime to pass; an outer extension unit inclined in the outer-downward direction; an inner extension unit protruding in the inner center of the steel pipe pile; and an insertion fixing unit into which the upper end of the steel pipe pile is inserted and fixed. Moreover, the upper-end reinforcing apparatus having the inner extension unit and the outer extension unit can be installed on the upper end portion of the pile so as to secure an enough upper-end supporting force of the constructed steel pipe pile through a pile embedding method. Furthermore, the entire supporting force of the pile can be increased as the upper-end supporting force is increased so that a pile foundation can be economically constructed.
본 발명은 강관매입말뚝의 선단보강장치에 관한 것으로서, 지반에 매입되는 강관말뚝의 선단에 설치되는 선단보강장치에 있어서, 상기 선단보강장치는 중앙에 슬라임이 통과하는 통과홀이 형성되고, 외측 하향을 향하여 경사져 형성되는 외측확장부와, 상기 강관말뚝의 내측 중심을 향하여 돌출 형성되는 내측확장부와, 상기 강관말뚝의 선단이 삽입되어 고정되는 삽입고정부를 구비하며, 말뚝 선단부에 내부확장부와 외부확장부를 가지는 선단보강장치를 설치하여, 매입말뚝공법으로 시공된 강관말뚝의 선단지지력을 충분히 확보할 수 있고 선단지지력이 증가함에 따라 말뚝의 전체지지력이 증가함으로 말뚝 기초의 시공을 보다 경제적으로 할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to an upper-end reinforcing apparatus of an embedded steel pipe pile. 본 발명은 강관매입말뚝의 선단보강장치에 관한 것으로서, 지반에 매입되는 강관말뚝의 선단에 설치되는 선단보강장치에 있어서, 상기 선단보강장치는 중앙에 슬라임이 통과하는 통과홀이 형성되고, 외측 하향을 향하여 경사져 형성되는 외측확장부와, 상기 강관말뚝의 내측 중심을 향하여 돌출 형성되는 내측확장부와, 상기 강관말뚝의 선단이 삽입되어 고정되는 삽입고정부를 구비하며, 말뚝 선단부에 내부확장부와 외부확장부를 가지는 선단보강장치를 설치하여, 매입말뚝공법으로 시공된 강관말뚝의 선단지지력을 충분히 확보할 수 있고 선단지지력이 증가함에 따라 말뚝의 전체지지력이 증가함으로 말뚝 기초의 시공을 보다 경제적으로 할 수 있다.
