Indoor floor prefabricated drainage trench
The present invention relates to a prefabricated drainage trench for an indoor floor, wherein the prefabricated drainage trench comprises: a plurality of side plates continuously installed along both sides of a drain by adhesive mortar in a state of being oppositely stood on both sides; a plurality of adjustable full-threaded bolts configured to adjust an upper width of both side plates and maintain the set width thereof; a plurality of buried full-threaded bolts, which are integrally buried in the floor mortar, configured to adjust a lower width of both side plates, maintain the set width thereof; a plurality of floor plates fixed to a top surface of the floor mortar installed to a bottom surface of the drain, and gradually tapered toward a collector; and a plurality of covers detachably installed into a cover installing groove formed on the upper portion of both side plates. The trench can be easily adjusted for the width or the slope of the trench according to the width and slope of the drain, thereby easily carrying out construction and thus shortening a construction period, as well as construction costs. Both side plates are no concern over deformation, and since all components are separated, the storage and transportation are easy, without being broken or lost, and pollutants do not come into the rear side or floor of the trench.
본 발명은 실내 바닥 배수용 조립식 트랜치에 관한 것으로 특히, 상기 배수로의 양측면에 서로 대향되게 세워진 상태에서 접착용 모르타르를 통해 배수로의 양측면을 따라 연이어 고정 설치되는 복수의 양측판과; 양측판 사이의 상부 폭 넓이를 조절할 수 있음과 동시에 양측판의 상방부가 정해진 폭을 유지하도록 하는 복수의 측판 상부 폭 조절겸 고정용 전산 볼트와; 양측판 사이의 하부 폭 넓이를 조절할 수 있음과 동시에 양측판의 하방부가 정해진 폭을 유지하도록 함은 물론 배수로 바닥에 타설되는 바닥용 모르타르 내에 일체로 매몰되어 고정되는 복수의 측판 하부 폭 조절 및 고정겸 모르타르 매몰형 전산 볼트와; 배수로 바닥에 타설되는 바닥용 모르타르의 상면에 고정 설치되되, 집수정 측으로 갈수록 점차 낮아지는 형태로 구배지게 설치되는 복수의 바닥판과; 상기 양측판 상방부에 형성된 커버 안착홈 내에 착탈 가능하게 설치되는 복수의 커버;로 구성한 것을 특징으로 한다. 따라서, 배수로의 폭 및 구배에 대응하여 트랜치의 폭 조절 및 구배 잡기가 매우 용이하면서도 정확하고 자유로워 시공이 용이하고 공기를 단축시킬 수 있어 시공비용 자체를 대폭 줄일 수 있으며, 양측판들의 변형 우려가 없어 반영구적이고, 모든 구성품이 분리된 상태를 가지므로 보관과 운반이 용이하며, 파손 및 자재 손실의 우려가 없고, 트랜치 배면이나 바닥 측으로 오물 침투의 염려가 없다.

The present invention relates to a prefabricated drainage trench for an indoor floor, wherein the prefabricated drainage trench comprises: a plurality of side plates continuously installed along both sides of a drain by adhesive mortar in a state of being oppositely stood on both sides; a plurality of adjustable full-threaded bolts configured to adjust an upper width of both side plates and maintain the set width thereof; a plurality of buried full-threaded bolts, which are integrally buried in the floor mortar, configured to adjust a lower width of both side plates, maintain the set width thereof; a plurality of floor plates fixed to a top surface of the floor mortar installed to a bottom surface of the drain, and gradually tapered toward a collector; and a plurality of covers detachably installed into a cover installing groove formed on the upper portion of both side plates. The trench can be easily adjusted for the width or the slope of the trench according to the width and slope of the drain, thereby easily carrying out construction and thus shortening a construction period, as well as construction costs. Both side plates are no concern over deformation, and since all components are separated, the storage and transportation are easy, without being broken or lost, and pollutants do not come into the rear side or floor of the trench.
본 발명은 실내 바닥 배수용 조립식 트랜치에 관한 것으로 특히, 상기 배수로의 양측면에 서로 대향되게 세워진 상태에서 접착용 모르타르를 통해 배수로의 양측면을 따라 연이어 고정 설치되는 복수의 양측판과; 양측판 사이의 상부 폭 넓이를 조절할 수 있음과 동시에 양측판의 상방부가 정해진 폭을 유지하도록 하는 복수의 측판 상부 폭 조절겸 고정용 전산 볼트와; 양측판 사이의 하부 폭 넓이를 조절할 수 있음과 동시에 양측판의 하방부가 정해진 폭을 유지하도록 함은 물론 배수로 바닥에 타설되는 바닥용 모르타르 내에 일체로 매몰되어 고정되는 복수의 측판 하부 폭 조절 및 고정겸 모르타르 매몰형 전산 볼트와; 배수로 바닥에 타설되는 바닥용 모르타르의 상면에 고정 설치되되, 집수정 측으로 갈수록 점차 낮아지는 형태로 구배지게 설치되는 복수의 바닥판과; 상기 양측판 상방부에 형성된 커버 안착홈 내에 착탈 가능하게 설치되는 복수의 커버;로 구성한 것을 특징으로 한다. 따라서, 배수로의 폭 및 구배에 대응하여 트랜치의 폭 조절 및 구배 잡기가 매우 용이하면서도 정확하고 자유로워 시공이 용이하고 공기를 단축시킬 수 있어 시공비용 자체를 대폭 줄일 수 있으며, 양측판들의 변형 우려가 없어 반영구적이고, 모든 구성품이 분리된 상태를 가지므로 보관과 운반이 용이하며, 파손 및 자재 손실의 우려가 없고, 트랜치 배면이나 바닥 측으로 오물 침투의 염려가 없다.
