Prefabricated Indoor Heating Floor Member
The present invention relates to prefabricated heating flooring having therein space portion with a certain volume so that the heat transmitted through a hot water boiler pipe is collected to evenly warm the entire floor surface. The space portion is formed by combining a lower plate closely contacting the concrete surface of the indoor floor and a cover for covering the upper surface of the lower plate. The lower plate and the cover have a recessed portion provided on inner sides of side walls thereof formed at a height along the perimeter thereof, to have a predetermined depth. The lower plate may have a structure in which a plurality of connecting arms are formed on two corresponding surfaces of outer sides of the side walls to protrude side by side in a horizontal direction, and a plurality of holes into which the plurality of connecting arms are fitted are formed in inner sides of the side walls in different two corresponding directions orthogonal to the plurality of connecting arms, or a structure in which a plurality of connecting arms are formed on two adjacent surfaces thereof in a perpendicular direction to protrude side by side in the horizontal direction, and a plurality of holes into which the plurality of connecting arms are fitted are formed in inner sides of the side walls of two adjacent surfaces thereof in a perpendicular direction symmetrical to the plurality of connecting arms. Therefore, the prefabricated heating flooring can be firmly connected in respective directions, thereby maintaining the original connection and construction state without being disturbed even by external force.
본 발명은 온수 보일러 배관을 통해 전달되는 열기를 모아 실내 바닥면 전체를 골고루 따뜻하게 데워주도록 내부에 일정한 체적의 공간부를 갖는 난방용 바닥재에 관한 것으로, 상기 공간부는 실내 바닥 콘크리트면에 밀착되는 하판과 상기 하판의 윗면을 덮는 커버의 결합으로 형성되고, 상기 하판과 커버는 각각의 둘레를 따라 일정한 높이로 형성된 측벽들 내측에 일정한 깊이의 수용요부를 가지며, 상기 하판은, 측벽 외측의 두 대응하는 면에 가로방향으로 나란히 돌출된 복수의 연결암이 형성되고, 상기 복수의 연결암과 직교하는 다른 두 대응 방향의 측벽 내측에 상기 복수의 연결암이 끼워지는 복수의 구멍이 형성된 구조를 갖거나, 직각 방향의 두 인접한 면에 가로방향으로 나란히 돌출된 복수의 연결암이 형성되고, 상기 복수의 연결암과 대칭되는 직각 방향의 두 인접한 면들의 측벽 내측에 상기 복수의 연결암이 끼워지는 복수의 구멍이 형성된 구조를 갖출 수 있다.
