Frame structure for outsized vinyl house
According to the present invention, a frame forming structure for a very large greenhouse includes: a pole; a horizontal frame to horizontally form a ceiling frame to be coupled to an upper end of the pole; and a vertical frame coupled to the horizontal frame to vertically form a ceiling frame. A plurality of lower support plates are vertically coupled to a lower end of the vertical frame and are spaced apart from each other. A plurality of through holes are vertically formed on the lower support plate at regular intervals. A support pipe is horizontally inserted and coupled to each of the through holes. A pulley is coupled to the support pipe. The pulley supports a retraction wire to retract an insulation curtain (not shown). The present invention newly builds a connection structure of poles and truss-type horizontal and vertical frames to improve convenience in manufacture when assembling a greenhouse frame and provide sturdy support. A plurality of lower support plates are vertically coupled to the lower end of the vertical frame and are spaced at regular intervals. The support pipe is horizontally inserted and coupled to each through hole to install the pulley to support the retraction wire for retracting the insulation curtain (not shown) by the pulley to adjust the internal temperature of a very large greenhouse covering a wide area.
본 발명은 지주와, 상기 지주 상단에 결합되는 가로로 천청 골조를 형성하기 위한 가로 프레임과, 상기 가로 프레임에 결합되어져 세로로 천청 골조를 형성하기 위한 세로 프레임으로 이루어지는 비닐하우스용 골조형성 구조에 있어서, 상기 세로프레임의 하단에는 하부 지지판이 수직으로 결합되되 다수개 일정간격 이격되게 형성되고, 상기 하부 지지판에는 다수개의 통공이 일정간격으로 수직으로 형성되고, 상기 각 통공에는 지지파이프가 수평으로 끼워져 결합되며, 상기 지지파이프에는 도르레가 결합되고, 상기 도르레는 보온커튼(미도시)을 견인하기 위한 견인줄을 지지하도록 구성되는 초대형 비닐하우스의 골조 형성 구조를 제공하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명의 효과로는 비닐하우스 골조의 결합시 제작의 편리성을 도모하면서도 견고하게 지탱할 수 있도록 지주와 트러스형 가로 및 세로프레임의 연결 구조를 새롭게 구성하되, 세로프레임의 하단에는 하부 지지판이 수직으로 결합되되 다수개 일정간격 이격되게 형성하여 상기 각 통공에는 지지파이프가 수평으로 끼워져 결합되어 도르레를 설치할 수 있도록 함으로써 보온커튼(미도시)을 견인하기 위한 견인줄이 상기 도르레에 의해 지지되도록 구성함으로써 넓은 면적의 초대형 비닐하우스의 내부 온도를 조절할 수 있는 매우 유용한 발명인 것이다.
