The present invention relates to a 1-tier vinyl greenhouse. According to the present invention, the vinyl of the vinyl greenhouse can be fixed at a constant width and wide vinyl is not required to facilitate vinyl greenhouse construction, partial vinyl replacement can be easily performed in the event of vinyl damage, the vinyl and the frame are double-fixed by engagement fixing and close contact fixing to improve the fixing force, the durability of the vinyl and the frame can be improved even in strong wind or heavy snowfall, and inner equipment such as an awning can be installed with ease. The present invention includes: a vertical frame portion repeatedly installed at the same width as vinyl such that both ends of the vinyl with a constant width are inserted and fixed with a holder; a horizontal frame portion connecting and fixing the vertical frame portion at a regular interval to support the vertical frame and fixed so as to come into contact with the inside surface of the vinyl; and a reinforcing portion having a reinforcing plate horizontally connecting and supporting the horizontal frame portion.
본 발명은 1단 비닐 온실 하우스용 프레임 구조에 관한 것으로서 더욱 상세하게는 비닐하우스의 비닐을 일정한 폭으로 고정할 수 있어 광폭의 비닐로 시공하지 않아 비닐하우스의 시공이 편리하고 비닐의 파손시 일부분의 비닐교체가 용이하며 비닐을 프레임에 걸림 고정과 밀착고정으로 이중고정하여 고정력을 향상시킴으로써 프레임과 비닐이 강풍 또는 폭설에도 내구성이 향상됨은 물론 차양막 등 내부시설을 설치하기가 편리한 1단 비닐 온실 하우스용 프레임 구조에 관한 것이다. 상기의 본 발명은 일정한 폭의 비닐의 양단이 삽입되어 쫄대판으로 고정되도록 비닐의 폭과 동일한 폭으로 반복 설치되는 세로프레임부와, 상기 세로프레임부를 일정한 간격으로 연결 고정되어 세로프레임을 지지하며 비닐의 내측면과 접촉하도록 고정되는 가로프레임부와, 상기 가로프레임부를 가로로 연결하여 지지하는 보강판으로 형성된 보강부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
