Spacing masonry type Brick wall and construction method thereof
The present invention relates to a spacing masonry type brick wall structure and a construction method thereof and, more specifically, to a spacing masonry type brick wall structure, wherein a spiral horizontal reinforcement member installed in the horizontal direction of a brick wall and a spiral vertical reinforcement member installed in the vertical direction of the brick wall to fix bricks stacked in a spacing masonry type so as to prevent separation therebetween are integrally interconnected, such that structural stability is improved, the spiral vertical reinforcement member is quickly and simply joined through a connection piece, and an installation position of a buried holder, which is previously installed in construction of a retaining wall to support the brick wall, is placed in accordance with a designated position, and a construction method thereof. To achieve this, according to the present invention, a brick wall structure is formed by stacking bricks and includes a spacing masonry part formed by stacking bricks neighboring in a horizontal direction to be spaced apart from each other. The spacing masonry part comprises: the spiral horizontal reinforcement member formed by spirally twisting a plate-shaped metal member to form a constant pitch, and installed in the lateral direction of the brick wall structure to be interposed between the bricks on the top and bottom of the spacing masonry part; a lower vertical spiral reinforcement member formed by spirally twisting a plate-shaped metal member to form a constant pitch, and connecting a top and a bottom to the spiral horizontal reinforcement member to be extended in the height direction of the brick wall structure; and the brick inserted into the spiral horizontal reinforcement member to be stacked in a plurality of stages while being spaced apart from each other in a horizontal direction.
본 발명은 띄어 쌓기식 벽돌벽구조체 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 벽돌벽의 수평방향으로 설치되는 나선형 수평보강재와 벽돌벽의 수직방향으로 설치되어 띄어 쌓기 되는 벽돌들이 이탈되지 않도록 고정해주는 나선형 수직보강재가 서로 일체로 연결되어 구조적인 안정성이 향상되도록 하고 연결편을 통해 나선형 수직보강재의 이음 시공이 빠르고 간편하게 이루어지도록 하며 벽돌벽 지지를 위해 내력벽의 시공시 미리 설치되는 매립용홀더의 설치 위치를 설계된 위치에 맞도록 위치시킬 수 있도록 하는 띄어 쌓기식 벽돌벽구조체 및 그 시공방법을 제공함에 있다. 상기 목적 달성을 위한 본 발명은, 벽돌들을 조적하여 형성되되, 좌, 우 방향으로 이웃하는 벽돌들이 서로 이격되도록 조적하여 형성되는 띄어쌓기 벽돌부를 포함하여 구성된 벽돌벽구조체에 있어서, 상기 띄어쌓기 벽돌부는, 평판 형태의 금속재를 일정한 피치를 갖도록 나선형으로 꼬아 형성되고 띄어쌓기 벽돌부의 상, 하단에서 벽돌들의 사이에 개재되도록 벽돌벽 구조체의 폭 방향으로 설치되는 수평 나선형 보강재; 평판 형태의 금속재를 일정한 피치를 갖도록 나선형으로 꼬아 형성되고, 상기 수평 나선형 보강재에 상, 하단이 연결되어 벽돌벽구조체의 높이 방향을 향해 연장되도록 설치되는 하부 수직 나선형 보강재; 상기 수직 나선형 보강재에 끼워져 다수단으로 조적되되, 좌, 우 방향으로 서로 이격된 상태로 다수단으로 조적되는 벽돌;을 포함하여 구성되는 띄어쌓기식 벽돌벽구조체 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것으로 기술적 요지로 한다.
