SPACER MODULE FOR STRIPPING DECK STRIPPING DECK AND INSULATING DECK HAVING SPACER
The present invention relates to a deck including a truss girder and a bottom plate of a metal steel plate. The deck includes: a truss girder including a lower and an upper chord member arranged on a bottom plate to bear a tensile and a compressive load, respectively; a spacer module to support the truss girder upwards, and separate the lower chord member of the truss girder from a bottom by a predetermined height to support the lower chord member; the bottom plate fixed on a lower portion of the spacer module; and a fixing member fixing the spacer module and the bottom plate. The spacer module includes: an upper plate formed by folding a metal plate, and coupled to the lower chord member by welding; a side plate bent downwards from both ends of the upper plate to form a side; and a coupling plate wherein both ends of the side plate are bent in an inward horizontal direction to be coupled to the bottom plate. A reinforcing protrusion protrudes upwards from a longitudinal center of one side of the upper plate, the side plate, and the coupling plate to allow the lower chord member to be seated thereon and reinforce bending strength of the spacer module. According to the present invention, since a single steel plate is used to construct a spacer, creation of a weak portion by coupling steel and a synthetic resin material can be prevented, and an increase in manufacturing costs of a spacer by insert injection can be prevented.
본 발명은 금속 강판의 바닥판과 트러스거더를 포함하여 구성되는 데크에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 바닥판에 구비되어 인장과 압축 하중을 각각 부담하는 하현재와 상현재를 포함하여 구성되는 트러스거더와; 상방으로 상기 트러스거더를 지지하고, 상기 트러스거더의 하현재를 바닥으로부터 소정의 높이로 이격시켜 지지하는 스페이서 모듈과; 상기 스페이서 모듈 하부에 고정되는 바닥판; 그리고 상기 스페이서 모듈과 바닥판을 고정하는 고정부재를 포함하여 구성되고: 상기 스페이서 모듈은 한 장의 금속판재가 절첩되어 형성되되, 상기 하현재와 용접에 의해 결합되는 상판과; 상기 상판 양단부로부터 하방으로 절곡되어 측면을 형성하는 측면판; 그리고 상기 측면판 양단부가 내측 수평방향으로 절곡되어 상기 바닥판과 결합되는 체결판을 포함하여 구성되며: 상기 상판, 측면판 및 체결판 일 측에는, 종 방향 중앙부에 상방으로 돌출되어, 상기 하현재가 안착되고, 상기 스페이서 모듈의 휨강도를 보강하는 보강돌기가 형성된다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 본 발명은 스페이서를 단일 강판을 이용하여 구성하므로, 강재와 합성수지재의 결합에의한 취약부 발생을 방지할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 인서트사출에 의한 스페이서의 제조비 상승을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to a deck including a truss girder and a bottom plate of a metal steel plate. The deck includes: a truss girder including a lower and an upper chord member arranged on a bottom plate to bear a tensile and a compressive load, respectively; a spacer module to support the truss girder upwards, and separate the lower chord member of the truss girder from a bottom by a predetermined height to support the lower chord member; the bottom plate fixed on a lower portion of the spacer module; and a fixing member fixing the spacer module and the bottom plate.
