Pipe connecting device and constructing method of pipe use the same
The present invention relates to a pipe connecting device having a pipe shape and having a through hole. An upper pipe is inserted and coupled on an upper inner side and a lower pipe is inwardly inserted and coupled on a lower inner side. The present invention includes a sleeve body accommodating a foam fireproof filler and a fastening portion for upper pipe penetration and insertion and positional fixing of the upper pipe by means of fastening to the upper portion of the sleeve body on the side of the lower pipe. The sleeve body has a sliding portion so that the exposure length of the upper pipe can be adjusted based on a sliding movement of the upper pipe. A first fastening portion is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the upper end portion. A fastening space is formed by diameter expansion to the outer peripheral side surface of the first fastening portion. The fastening portion has a second fastening portion having a lower portion inserted into the fastening space and fastened to the first fastening portion on the lower inner peripheral surface. The upper portion is positioned so as to be exposed to the upper portion from the upper surface of the concrete slab and an external fastening portion is formed on the outer peripheral surface. According to the present invention, a construction error (pipe deviation) and the like occurring during on-site pipe connection can be accommodated by means of the sliding portion integrated with the sleeve body, and thus inconvenience and economic losses attributable to re-work can be reduced.
본 발명은 관통홀이 형성된 관 형상으로 상부 내측으로 상부배관이 끼워져 결합하고 하부 내측으로 하부배관이 내측으로 끼워져 결합하며, 하부배관의 측면으로 발포내화충진제가 수용되는 슬리브몸체 및 상부배관이 관통되어 끼워지고 슬리브몸체의 상부에 체결되어 상부배관의 위치를 고정하는 체결부를 포함하되, 슬리브몸체는, 상부배관이 슬라이딩 방식으로 이동되어 상부배관의 노출 길이를 조절할 수 있도록 슬라이딩부가 형성되고, 상단부 외주면에는 제1체결부가 형성되며, 제1체결부의 외주 측면으로 직경이 확장 형성되어 체결공간이 형성되고, 체결부는, 하부가 체결공간으로 삽입되고 하부 내주면으로 제1체결부와 체결되는 제2체결부가 형성되며, 상부는 콘크리트 슬래브의 상면으로부터 상부에 노출되게 위치하고 외주면에 외부체결부가 형성된 배관 연결장치를 제공한다. 상기한 바에 따르면, 슬리브몸체에 일체로 형성된 슬라이딩부를 통하여 현장에서 배관 연결 시 발생되는 시공 오차(배관 편차) 등을 수용할 수 있도록 하여 재작업으로 인한 작업의 불편함 및 경제적 손실을 줄일 수 있다.
