The present invention relates to a slab panel system, wherein a plurality of panel units are assembled to a frame member (1) disposed in a rectangular shape and are supported by supports. According to the present invention, the slab panel system comprises: the frame member (1) installed along an edge; connection units (2, 3) having a plurality of panel shapes disposed on the center of a space formed by the frame members to be coupled with each other by a connection pin (9); and the panel units (6) coupling both side end parts between the frame member (1) and the connection units (2, 3) to be supported. The panel unit (6) puts one side end part on a support part (15) formed in the frame member (1) to be coupled and supported, and the other end part of the panel unit (6) is coupled to the connection unit (2, 3) to be supported. Accordingly, provided are effects of conveniently assembling and disassembling the slab panel system, reducing the weight of a mold, and disassembling a part of supports as necessary without disassembling the whole mold to be used in other workplaces.
본 발명은 슬라브 패널 시스템은 장방형으로 배치되는 프레임부재(1)에 복수개의 패널유닛들이 조립되고, 상기 패널유닛들은 서포트들에 의해 지지되는 슬라브 패널 시스템에 있어서, 테두리에 설치되는 프레임부재(1)와, 상기 프레임부재들로 형성되는 공간의 중앙에 배치되는 복수개의 패널 형태로 서로 연결핀(9)으로 결합되도록 형성된 연결유닛(2,3)들과, 미리 설정된 크기로 형성되고 상기 프레임부재(1)와 연결유닛(2,3)들 사이에서 양측단부들이 결합되어 지지되는 다수의 패널유닛(6)들을 포함하며, 상기 패널유닛(6)은 프레임부재(1)에 형성된 지지부(15)에 일측단부가 얹혀서 결합지지되고, 패널유닛(6)의 타측단부는 연결유닛(2)(3)에 결합되어 지지되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하여 구성됨으로써, 슬라브 패널 시스템의 조립과 해체를 매우 간편하게 수행할 수 있는 효과와, 거푸집 중량을 경감화하는 효과와, 거푸집 전체를 해체하지 않고도 필요에 따라 일부 서포트를 해체하여 다른 작업장에 사용할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
