SLAB MOLD PANEL
To provide a slab mold panel causing no CO2 generation during manufacturing, and achieving reduction in weight and manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: A slab mold panel is composed of a body frame 1 having side plates 12 at both sides edge parts in the longitudinal direction of a top plate 11, end part closers 2 fitted to both end openings thereof, respectively, and at least one handle frame 3 between both side plates. The body frame 1 molds reinforcement ribs 13 having tapping holes penetrating to both end faces on inner side farces of the top plate 11 between both side plates 12, by extrusion molding. Tapping machine screw holes 12a for fixing the end part closers 2 with tapping machine screws 4 are provided to both end edge parts of both side plates 12. The end part closers 2 have the tapping machine screw holes 12a penetrating to both end faces at opposite positions. The tapping machine screw holes 12a are provided at the tapping hole opposite positions of each reinforcement rib of the end part closers 2. The handle frame 3 has a tapping hole penetrating to both end faces by extrusion molding. The side plates 12 and the reinforcement ribs 13 have the tapping machine screw holes 12a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
【課題】製造時におけるCO2の発生をなくし、軽量化と製造コストの低減が可能なスラブ型枠パネルの提供。【解決手段】天板11の長手方向両側縁部に側板12を有する本体枠1とその両端開口部にそれぞれ取り付けられた端部塞ぎ2と、両側板相互間に少なくとも一つの取手枠3とで構成され、本体枠1は押し出し成型により両側板12相互間における天板11の内側面に両端面まで貫通するタッピングホールを備えた補強リブ13を成型し、両側板12の両端縁部には端部塞ぎ2をタッピングビス4で固定するためのタッピングビスホール12aを備え、端部塞ぎ2は対向位置にその両端面まで貫通するタッピングビスホールを備え、端部塞ぎ2の各補強リブのタッピングホール対向位置にはタッピングビスホール12aを備え、取手枠3は押し出し成型によりその両端面まで貫通するタッピングホールを備え、側板12と補強リブ13にはタッピングビスホール12aを備える。【選択図】図12
