GANG FORM FIXED BOLT LOCKING SYSTEM
The present invention provides a locking system for a gang form fixing bolt, capable of locking or releasing a rectangular washer, a support bolt, and a wing nut, which are generally and widely used for fixing a gang form on a concrete outer wall, wherein the gang form is generally and widely used for constructing a concrete outer wall of a high rise building. According to the present invention, the locking system for a gang form fixing bolt comprises: a plurality of locking bolts including a cover groove to receive a lengthily protruding support bolt; a safety sticker with a safety phrase attached to the front part of the locking covers; and an L-shape connection member to connect the locking covers. A round bar-shaped pulling shaft is installed in the connection member. The rear part of the round bar-shaped pulling shaft includes: a base installed on the front surface of a vertical member of a gang form; a hinge installed on the front surface of the base; a pair of operating knobs to connect the pulling shaft and a safety ring; the safety ring connected to the operating knobs to be connected to a crane so as to be pulled up; and a fixing ring and a guide rail installed on both end parts of the connection member.
본 발명은 고층 건축물의 콘크리트 외벽 시공을 위하여 널리 사용하고 있는 갱폼에 있어서 콘크리트 외벽에 고정 시키기 위하여 일반적으로 널리 사용되고 있는 사각 와샤 및 시다 볼트와 윙 너트;를 잠금 시키거나 개방시킬 수 있고, 상기 시다 볼트가 길게 돌출되는 것을 수용할 수 있도록 커버 홈이 포함되는 다수의 잠금 커버; 와 상기 다수의 잠금 커버 전면부에 부착되는 안전 문구를 포함하는 안전 스티커; 및 상기 다수의 잠금 커버를 연결하고 있는 ㄱ자 형태의 연결재; 및 상기 연결재에는 환봉 형태의 당김축;이 설치 되고, 상기 환봉 형태의 당김축 후면부에는 갱폼의 수직재 전면에 설치되는 베이스; 와 상기 베이스 전면에 설치되는 힌지; 및 상기 당김축과 안전고리를 연결 시켜주는 한 쌍의 작동노브; 와 상기 한 쌍의 작동노브에 연결되어 크레인에 연결되어 상 방향으로 당겨지는 안전고리; 및 상기 연결재의 양 단부에 설치되는 고정링과 가이드레일;을 포함하는 갱폼 고정볼트 잠금 시스템을 제공하는데 있다.
