A LOCKING APPARATUS OF A GANG FORM ANCHOR BOLT
The present invention relates to an anchor bolt locking apparatus of a gang form. The anchor bolt locking apparatus is comprised in the gang form comprising an anchor support cover comprising an anchor bolt, a vertical member installed in an outer side of the anchor support cover vertically and a lifting ring installed in the vertical member. The anchor bolt locking apparatus comprises: a hinge pin fixing member which is fixed and installed in the front of the vertical member, and has a hinge pin installed in the front thereof; a safety cover which has an upper part hinged to the hinge pin and is rotated up and down to open or close an anchor bolt of the gang form; a safety ring which is comprised to be elevated up and down in the front of the lifting ring fixed by protruding from an upper part of the vertical member; a guide member which is fixed to a side of the vertical member, and guides the safety ring to be elevated up and down; and an operation pin for elevating the safety cover. The anchor bolt locking apparatus of the gang form according to the present invention can be elevated stably by the reverse U-shaped safety ring guided along the guide member, and therefore, opens or closes the anchor bolt by a structure of rotating the safety cover around the hinge pin installed in the hinge pin fixing member, and thus can perform a stable operation of the safety cover to open or close the anchor bolt.
본 발명은 갱폼의 앵커볼트 잠금장치에 관한 것으로; 앵커볼트가 구비되는 앵커 지지커버와, 상기 앵커 지지커버의 외측에 수직으로 설치된 수직부재와, 상기 수직부재에 설치되는 인양 고리로 이루어지는 갱폼에 구비되는 앵커볼트 잠금장치에 있어서, 상기 앵커볼트 잠금장치는, 상기 수직부재의 전면에 고정 설치되어 상기 수직부재의 전방에 고정되며 힌지핀이 전방으로 설치되는 힌지핀 고정부재와, 상기 힌지핀에 상단부가 힌지결합되어 상하방향으로 회동하며 갱폼의 앵커볼트를 개폐하는 안전커버와, 상기 수직부재의 상부로 돌출되게 고정되는 인양 고리의 전방에서 상하 방향으로 승강 가능하게 구비되는 안전 고리와, 상기 수직부재의 측면에 고정되어 상기 안전 고리가 상하방향으로 승강되게 안내하는 가이드부재와, 상기 안전커버를 승강시키는 작동핀을 상기 안전 고리에 고정하는 작동핀 고정부재로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따른 갱폼의 앵커볼트 잠금장치는 역유자(∩) 형상의 안전 고리가 가이드부재를 따라 안내되어 안정적인 승강이 이루어지며 이에 따라 힌지핀 고정부재에 설치되는 힌지핀을 중심으로 안전커버가 회동되는 구조를 통해 앵커볼트를 개폐함에 따라 앵커볼트를 개폐하기 위한 안전커버의 작동이 안정적으로 수행할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to an anchor bolt locking apparatus of a gang form. The anchor bolt locking apparatus is comprised in the gang form comprising an anchor support cover comprising an anchor bolt, a vertical member installed in an outer side of the anchor support cover vertically and a lifting ring installed in the vertical member. The anchor bolt locking apparatus comprises: a hinge pin fixing member which is fixed and installed in the front of the vertical member, and has a hinge pin installed in the front thereof; a safety cover which has an upper part hinged to the hinge pin and is rotated up and down to open or close an anchor bolt of the gang form; a safety ring which is comprised to be elevated up and down in the front of the lifting ring fixed by protruding from an upper part of the vertical member; a guide member which is fixed to a side of the vertical member, and guides the safety ring to be elevated up and down; and an operation pin for elevating the safety cover. The anchor bolt locking apparatus of the gang form according to the present invention can be elevated stably by the reverse U-shaped safety ring guided along the guide member, and therefore, opens or closes the anchor bolt by a structure of rotating the safety cover around the hinge pin installed in the hinge pin fixing member, and thus can perform a stable operation of the safety cover to open or close the anchor bolt.
