CONCRETE MOLD CONNECTOR AND METHOD FOR CONNECTING CONCRETE MOLD USING CONCRETE MOLD
The present invention relates to a method for connecting a form panel by using a form connector and a spacer, in which a form can be prevented from being twisted due to difference in size and structure when connecting the form to a frame having different size and structure, comprising: a step for, first, aligning one side surface of a form connector (700) against one side surface of a base form panel (100) so as to face each other in such a manner that the both ends of the base form face the protrusion parts (710) or the auxiliary protrusion parts (730) formed on the both ends of the one surface of the form connector; a step for, after that, inserting a spacer (900) into an insertion hole (770); a step for, after that, inserting fixing pins (500) into the through holes (110, 750, 910) formed in the base form (100), the auxiliary protrusion part (730) and the spacer (900) so as to be protruded with one end of each of the fixing pins (500); a step for, after that, aligning a connection form panel (300) against the other side surface of the form connector (700) so as to face each other and then fixing the fixing pin (500) penetrating the through hole (310) with a fixing piece (600) so as to finish a construction form panel (1000); and a step for, after that, fastening another construction form panel (100) to the other side of the spacer in the same manner as above and then pouring cement between the construction form panels (1000, 1000′) so as to construct a wall member and the like.
본 발명은 마주하는 프레임의 크기와 구조가 다른 거푸집을 연결할 때 크기와 구조의 차이로 인한 거푸집의 비틀림을 방지할 수 있는 거푸집 연결구 및 간격유지구를 이용한 거푸집패널 연결방법에 관한 것으로, 우선 기초거푸집패널(100)의 일 측면에 거푸집 연결구(700)의 일 측면을 맞대어 정렬하되 기초거푸집의 양단이 거푸집 연결구의 일면 양단에 형성된 돌출부(710) 또는 보조돌출부(730)에 맞대어 정렬하는 단계; 이후 간격유지구(900)를 삽입공(770)에 삽입하는 단계; 이후 기초거푸집(100) 및 보조돌출부(730), 간격유지구(900)에 형성된 관통공(110, 750, 910)에 고정핀(500)을 삽입하여 일단이 돌출되도록 하는 단계; 이후 거푸집 연결구(700)의 타 측면에 연결거푸집패널(300)을 맞대어 정렬한 후 관통공(310)을 관통한 고정핀(500)을 고정편(600)으로 고정하여 시공거푸집패널(1000)을 완성하는 단계; 이후 상기와 같은 방식을 통하여 간격유지구의 타측에 다른 시공거푸집패널(1000)을 체결한 후 시공거푸집패널(1000,1000')의 사이에 시멘트를 타설하여 벽체 등을 시공하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
