environmentally friendly repairing method of damaged paved road using the waste asphalt concrete
Disclosed is a method of repairing a damaged pavement by using a repair vehicle capable of manufacturing asphalt concrete by crushing asphalt and using the crushed asphalt, comprising: (a) a step for moving a repair vehicle to a damaged portion of a pavement; (b) a step for cleaning the damaged portion of the road surface by an air jetting nozzle installed on the front surface of the repair vehicle; (c) a step for crushing the damaged road surface into a predetermined size of waste asphalt during the rotation of a drum type crusher, which is installed at the front part of the repair vehicle so as to be spaced apart from the air jetting nozzle at a predetermined distance; (d) a step for sucking the waste asphalt, which has been crushed by the crusher, and storing the same in a vacuum tank; (e) a step for injecting the waste asphalt, which is stored in the vacuum tank, into an asphalt concrete manufacturing device so as to manufacture asphalt concrete to be filled in the damaged portion; (f) a step for placing the asphalt concrete produced in step (e) on the crushed portion in step (c); and (g) a step for compacting the newly placed asphalt concrete at a level with the road surface after step (f).
아스콘을 파쇄하면서 상기 파쇄된 아스콘을 이용하여 아스팔트 콘크리트를 제조할 수 있는 보수차량을 이용하여 파손된 포장도로의 보수 방법에 있어서, (a) 포장도로가 파손된 부분에 보수차량이 이동되는 단계와, (b) 상기 보수차량의 전면에 설치된 에어분사 노즐에 의해서 도로면의 파손된 부분을 청소하는 단계와, (c) 상기 에어분사 노즐과 일정간격 이격되도록 상기 보수차량의 앞 부분에 설치된 드럼식 파쇄기가 회전되면서 파손된 도로면을 파쇄하되 일정크기의 폐아스콘으로 파쇄하는 단계와, (d) 상기 파쇄기에 의해서 파쇄된 폐아스콘을 흡입하여 진공탱크에 저장하는 단계와, (e) 상기 진공탱크에 저장된 상기 폐아스콘이 아스팔트 콘크리트 제조장치로 투입되어 파손된 부분에 채워지는 아스팔트 콘크리트가 제조되는 단계와, (f) 상기 (e)단계에서 제조된 아스팔트 콘크리트가 상기 (c)단계에서 파쇄된 부분에 포설되는 단계 및, (g) 상기 (f)단계 후 새롭게 포설된 아스팔트 콘크리트가 도로 표면과 수평이 되도록 다짐하는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
