Lane Paint Apparatus with Improved Visibility during Rain
The present invention relates to an apparatus to coat a lane with improved visibility during rain. According to the present invention, the apparatus to coat a lane with improved visibility during rain sprays a lane coating composition including a base coated on a road and glass bead mixture mixed with the base. The apparatus comprises: a vehicle body having a plurality of wheels and a handle formed therein; a container formed in the vehicle body and storing the lane coating composition; a hopper having an outlet discharging the lane coating composition from the container; a rotating body having a storage space formed corresponding to the outlet of the hopper to receive the discharged lane coating composition and rotated to discharge the lane coating composition downward; and a power means to provide power for rotating the rotating body. Accordingly, the coating composition including high and middle refractive glass beads to refract light to a driver is deeply planted into a road surface to improve fixing force, thereby remarkably improving durability of lane coating.
본 발명은 우천시 시인성이 향상된 차선 도색장치에 관한 것으로, 로에 도포되는 주제와, 상기 주제에 혼합되는 유리알 혼합물로 구성된 차선 도료 조성물을 도로 노면에 분출시키는 것으로, 복수의 바퀴가 형성되고 핸들이 형성된 차체; 상기 차체에 형성되며 차선 도료 조성물이 저장되는 컨테이너; 상기 컨테이너로부터 배출되는 배출구가 형성된 호퍼; 상기 호퍼의 배출구에 대응되게 형성되어 배출되는 차선 도료 조성물을 수납하는 수납공간이 형성되고, 하방으로 투척하도록 회전되는 회전체; 상기 회전체를 회전시키는 동력을 발휘하는 동력수단;을 포함하여 이루어진다. 이에 따르면, 운전자에게 반사되도록 하는 고굴절 및 중굴절 유리알이 혼합된 도료 조성물을 도로 노면에 보다 깊게 박히도록 하여 고착력이 향상될 수 있어 차선 도료의 내구성이 월등히 향상될 수 있는 효과가 있다.
