Structure and Method for Connecting Vertical Frame and Horizontal Frame of the Door
The present invention relates to a structure and a method of coupling a horizontal frame and a vertical frame of a door. The structure includes: a horizontal frame formed with a fastening groove portion in a longitudinal direction for inserting a screw into one side of a connecting plate connecting a front plate and a rear plate; a vertical frame coupled to be perpendicular to the horizontal frame, and including a side plate connecting one end of the front plate and one end of the rear plate, a first protrusion protruding from one portion of the front plate toward the rear plate to be spaced apart from the side plate, and a second protrusion which is symmetrical with the first protrusion and protrudes from the rear plate toward the front plate; a fastening plate being tightly closed to the first and second protrusions at one surface thereof when the one surface faces the first and second protrusions in the vertical frame, and the other side is inserted to face the side plate of the vertical frame such that the horizontal frame and the vertical frame are coupled to each other; and fastening means for fastening the horizontal frame, the vertical frame, and the fastening plate together. Therefore, since the hole for inserting the fastening means is not separately drilled in the vertical frame, it is possible to efficiently and easily assemble the horizontal frame and the vertical frame while improving the appearance of a finished door.
본 발명은 도어의 가로프레임과 세로프레임의 결합방법 및 결합구조에 관한 것으로서, 전방판과 후방판을 연결하는 연결판의 일측에 나사를 끼울 수 있는 체결홈부가 길이방향으로 형성된 가로프레임; 전면판의 일단부와 후면판의 일단부를 연결하는 측면판과, 상기 전면판의 일 지점에서 상기 측면판과 이격지도록 상기 후면판을 향하여 돌출되게 형성되는 제1돌출부와, 상기 제1돌출부와 대칭되어 상기 후면판에서 상기 전면판 방향으로 돌출 형성되는 제2돌출부를 구비하며, 상기 가로프레임에 수직되도록 결합되는 세로프레임; 상기 세로프레임의 내부에 일면은 상기 제1돌출부와 상기 제2돌출부를 향하고, 타면은 상기 세로프레임의 측면판을 향하도록 끼워져 상기 가로프레임과 상기 세로프레임이 결합되었을 때, 일면이 상기 제1돌출부 및 제2돌출부에 밀착되는 체결판; 및 상기 가로프레임과 상기 세로프레임과 상기 체결판을 일체로 체결시키기 위한 체결수단;으로 이루어지며, 세로프레임에 체결수단이 끼워지는 구멍을 별도로 천공하지 않으므로 완성된 도어의 외관의 미려함을 향상시키면서도 가로프레임과 세로프레임을 효율적이면서 용이하게 조립할 수가 있다.

The present invention relates to a structure and a method of coupling a horizontal frame and a vertical frame of a door. 본 발명은 도어의 가로프레임과 세로프레임의 결합방법 및 결합구조에 관한 것으로서, 전방판과 후방판을 연결하는 연결판의 일측에 나사를 끼울 수 있는 체결홈부가 길이방향으로 형성된 가로프레임; 전면판의 일단부와 후면판의 일단부를 연결하는 측면판과, 상기 전면판의 일 지점에서 상기 측면판과 이격지도록 상기 후면판을 향하여 돌출되게 형성되는 제1돌출부와, 상기 제1돌출부와 대칭되어 상기 후면판에서 상기 전면판 방향으로 돌출 형성되는 제2돌출부를 구비하며, 상기 가로프레임에 수직되도록 결합되는 세로프레임; 상기 세로프레임의 내부에 일면은 상기 제1돌출부와 상기 제2돌출부를 향하고, 타면은 상기 세로프레임의 측면판을 향하도록 끼워져 상기 가로프레임과 상기 세로프레임이 결합되었을 때, 일면이 상기 제1돌출부 및 제2돌출부에 밀착되는 체결판; 및 상기 가로프레임과 상기 세로프레임과 상기 체결판을 일체로 체결시키기 위한 체결수단;으로 이루어지며, 세로프레임에 체결수단이 끼워지는 구멍을 별도로 천공하지 않으므로 완성된 도어의 외관의 미려함을 향상시키면서도 가로프레임과 세로프레임을 효율적이면서 용이하게 조립할 수가 있다.
