AUTOMATIC SEALING APPARATUS FOR MULTI-LAYERED GLASS
An automatic sealing apparatus for a multi-layered glass plate, according to an embodiment of the present invention, is an automatic sealing apparatus for a multi-layered glass plate, which seals an edge of the multi-layered glass plate. The apparatus comprises: a receiving part for receiving the multi-layered glass plate; a sensor part for detecting the size and position of the multi-layered glass plate; a sealing part provided to seal the edge of the multi-layered glass plate accommodated in the receiving part; and a control part for controlling at least one of the sealing part and the receiving part based on detection contents of the sensor part. The present invention aims to provide the automatic sealing apparatus for the multi-layered glass plate, which seals multi-layered glass accurately and efficiently by automating a sealing process of the multi-layered glass, thereby improving the heat insulating performance of the multi-layered glass and at the same time, minimizing the occurrence of defects due to the inflow of foreign substances.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 복층 유리판 자동 밀봉 장치는, 복층 유리판의 가장자리를 밀봉하기 위한 복층 유리판 자동 밀봉 장치에 관한 것으로, 상기 복층 유리판을 수용하는 수용부; 상기 복층 유리판의 크기 및 위치를 검출하는 센서 유닛; 상기 수용부에 수용된 복층 유리판의 가장자리를 밀봉하기 위하여 마련되는 밀봉 유닛; 및 상기 센서 유닛의 검출 내용에 기초하여 상기 밀봉 유닛 및 상기 수용부 중 적어도 하나를 제어하는 제어 유닛;을 포함한다.
