AUTOMATIC SEALING MACHINE FOR MULTI-LAYERED GLASS
According to the present invention, an apparatus for automatically sealing a multi-layered glass plate comprises: a pair of transport units forming separation spaces to transport a multi-layered glass plate in a left and a right direction; and a glass support unit arranged on an upper portion of the transport units to support the multi-layered glass plate. The apparatus for automatically sealing a multi-layered glass plate further comprises a sealing unit spraying a sealing material while vertically moving or rotating along an edge of the multi-layered glass plate between the separation spaces, attaching protective tape to an exposed surface of the sprayed sealing material, and cutting the protecting tape when the attachment of the protective tape is ended. According to the present invention, the apparatus for automatically sealing a multi-layered glass plate can performing coating of the sealing material and attachment of the protective tape in a single process to prevent foreign substances from being inserted between the sealing material coating process and the attachment of the protective tape to damage the sealing and damage the attachment of the protective tape. Both processes can be performed in a single process to reduce manufacturing costs and minimize process defects.
본 발명에 따른 복층 유리판 자동 실링 장치는 이격공간을 형성하여 좌우방향으로 복층 유리를 이송하는 한쌍의 이송유닛과, 이송유닛의 상부에 배치되어 복층 유리를 지지하는 유리지지유닛을 포함하는 복층 유리판 자동 실링 장치로써, 이격공간 사이에서 복층 유리의 가장자리를 따라 상하로 이동 또는 회전하며 실링재를 분사하고, 분사된 실링재의 노출면에 보호테입을 부착하며, 보호테입의 부착이 종료되면 보호테입을 절단하는 실링유닛을 포함한다. 본 발명에 따른 복층 유리판 자동 실링 장치는 실링재의 도포와 보호테입의 부착dmf 하나의 공정으로 수행할 수 있도록 함으로써 실링제 도포 공정과 보호테입의 부착 사이에 이물질이 삽입되어 실링의 손상, 보호테입의 부착 손상을 방지하는 효과가 있으나, 양 공정을 하나의 공정에서 수행할 수 있도록 함으로써 제조 비용을 절감하고, 공정 불량을 최소화할 수 있는 효과를 기대할 수 있다.
