Equipment for fixing struts of construction system support
The present invention relates to a yoke fixing device for a system support post. According to the present invention, the yoke fixing device for a system support post comprises a plurality of vertical posts disposed to be spaced at predetermined intervals; and a hydraulic head jack screw-coupled to the upper part of the vertical post and having a vertical part formed from both end parts of a horizontal part in parallel to install a yoke, such that the yoke to support a long line, along which a panel is installed, is supported. A space narrower than the width of the yoke is formed among a plurality of elastic fixing members installed in facing positions while being fixed to both vertical parts of the hydraulic head jack, such that the yoke is placed at the axial center of the vertical post while being inserted into the space. Accordingly, when the yoke is coupled to the hydraulic head jack, the center of the yoke is able to be automatically aligned and thus a big accident, such as a collapse of a temporary installation material in accordance with eccentric load, is able to be prevented, a worker can easily align and install the yoke, and disassembly after deposition of concrete is able to be easily performed.
본 발명은 시스템 동바리의 멍에 고정 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 일정한 간격을 두고 배치되는 복수의 수직지주와; 상기 수직지주 상부에 나사결합되며, 멍에를 설치하기 위해 수평부의 양쪽 단부로부터 수직부가 나란하게 형성되는 유 헤드 잭을 구비하여, 패널이 설치되는 장선을 지지하는 멍에를 받쳐줄 수 있도록 설치되는 시스템 동바리에 있어서, 상기 유 헤드 잭의 양쪽 수직부에 각각 고정되면서 대향하는 위치에 설치되는 한 쌍의 탄성 고정부재 사이로 멍에의 폭보다 좁은 공간이 형성되어, 상기 멍에가 상기 공간에 삽입되면서 수직지주의 축방향 중심에 위치하게 되어, 유 헤드 잭에 멍에가 결합될 때에 상기 멍에의 중심이 자동적으로 정렬될 수 있게 되어 편심하중에 따른 가설재 붕괴 등의 대형 안전사고를 사전에 예방할 수 있으며, 작업자가 멍에를 손쉽게 정렬하며 설치할 수 있고, 콘크리트 타설 후의 해체 작업도 손쉽게 할 수 있게 되는 것이다.
