Manhole cover and Pedestal lock
The present invention relates to a manhole cover (10) having a base locking device which is engaged to a manhole base (11) to prevent the man hole (10) protecting a manhole from being lost, and the base locking device. The manhole cover (10) is made of a composite material containing metal, and is provided with a handle (40) at one side or both sides. Both ends of the handle (40) are provided with fixing protrusions (41) of a thin plate which are engaged to or disengaged from a blocking device (20) by concave-convex engagement. The manhole cover (10) is locked to or unlocked from the manhole base (11) by a flange locking device (50), when a driving stand (51) installed to one portion of the handle (40) is rotated. Both sides of a handle groove (13), by which the handle (40) is engaged to the manhole cover (10), are provided with a body installing groove (12), to which the locking device (20) is installed. A fixing bolt (30) is fastened to the body installing groove (12).
본 발명은 맨홀뚜껑 및 받침대 잠금장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 맨홀뚜껑을 들어 올리거나 결합하기 위해서는 손잡이가 들린 상태를 유지하여 작업이 편리하게 이루어지도록 하고, 손잡이를 눕힌 상태에서는 손잡이를 잠금장치가 맨홀뚜껑과 맨홀 받침대에서 고정하고 있어서 회전되지 않아 강제로 맨홀뚜껑을 분리할 수 없도록 하며, 손잡이를 내려 잠금장치가 고정하고 있을 때에는 맨홀뚜껑과 맨홀 받침대가 이중으로 고정되도록 하는 맨홀뚜껑 및 받침대 잠금장치에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은 맨홀 받침대(11)에 결합되어 맨홀을 보호하는 맨홀뚜껑(10)의 분실을 방지하기 위해 잠금장치를 설치하는 맨홀뚜껑 및 받침대 잠금장치에 있어서, 상기 맨홀뚜껑(10)의 한쪽 또는 양쪽에 설치하는 손잡이(40)에 고정돌기(41)를 형성하고, 상기 맨홀뚜껑(10)에 고정되는 몸체(21)에 회전방지 턱(23)을 설치한 축 이동구멍(22)의 상측으로 슬라이딩 홈(26)을 설치하며, 상기 축 이동구멍(22)에 스프링(32)이 삽입된 후 회전방지 턱(23)과 결합하는 회전방지 홈(28)을 설치하고 선단에 고정홈(29)을 형성하여 고정돌기(41)와 요철형태로 결합되는 잠금축(27)이 설치된 잠금장치(20)와; 상기 손잡이(40)가 결합되는 손잡이 홈(13)이 맨홀뚜껑(10)에 설치되고 상기 손잡이 홈(13)과 이어서 맨홀 받침대(11)에 테두리 고정홈(15a)이 형성되며, 상기 손잡이(40)에 설치하는 구동대(51)와 연결된 중간기어(52)와 함께 중간 구동대(54)를 설치하여 상기 중간 구동대(54)와 링크(55)를 통하여 연결된 잠금봉(53)이 맨홀 받침대(11)의 잠금구멍(15)에 고정 및 분리되는 테두리 잠금장치(50)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.
