The present invention relates to a safe locking device for a manhole cover and a pedestal, and more specifically, to a safe locking device for a manhole cover and a pedestal, which provides convenience in working by maintaining a lifted state of a handle, prevents the manhole cover from being forcedly separated since the locking device fixes the handle between the manhole cover and the pedestal in a state where the handle lays down, and fixes the manhole cover and the pedestal in safety when the handle drops and the locking device fixes. The present invention includes: a manhole cover having an operation space in which an opening and closing shaft moves; and a locking device mounted such that the opening and closing shaft connected to a handle actuating shaft formed on a handle shaft opens and closes a locking hole of the manhole pedestal.
본 발명은 맨홀뚜껑과 받침대의 안전 잠금장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 맨홀뚜껑을 분리하거나 결합하기 위해서는 손잡이가 들린 상태를 유지하여 작업이 편리하게 이루어지도록 하고, 손잡이를 눕힌 상태에서는 손잡이를 잠금장치가 맨홀뚜껑과 맨홀 받침대에서 고정하고 있어서 회전되지 않아 강제로 맨홀뚜껑을 분리할 수 없도록 하며, 손잡이를 내려 잠금장치가 고정하고 있을 때에는 맨홀뚜껑과 맨홀 받침대가 안전하게 고정되도록 하는 맨홀뚜껑과 받침대 안전 잠금장치에 관한 것이다.이러한 본 발명은 내경에 받침턱을 형성하는 맨홀 받침대에서 손잡이가 설치된 맨홀뚜껑의 이탈이 방지되도록 하되;양쪽의 손잡이 축에 손잡이 작동축이 돌출되어 개폐축과 힌지축으로 연결되어 회전 손잡이가 세워지면 개폐축이 잠금홈에서 분리되고 회전 손잡이가 눕혀지면 개폐축이 잠금홈에 결합되며, 상기 회전 손잡이가 위치하는 손잡이 숨김홈이 형성되고 개폐축이 이동하는 작동공간을 설치한 맨홀뚜껑과;상기 손잡이 축에 형성된 손잡이 작동축에 연결된 개폐축이 맨홀 받침대의 잠금홈을 개폐하도록 설치하는 잠금장치로 이루어지는 안전 잠금장치에 있어서,상기 상기 잠금돌기는 양쪽의 손잡이 축 중 어느 한쪽으로 정사각형의 단면을 갖도록 하며,상기 회전부재는 선단에서 한쪽으로 "ㄷ"형의 회전 고정홈이 형성되어 잠금돌기와 일치할 때 결합되도록 하고, 회전축에서 회전되며 상측에 오각홈이 형성되어 공구로 맨홀뚜껑의 고정상태를 해제하도록 설치하되;부채꼴 모양으로 형성되며 회전축이 위치한 곳에서 탄성스프링으로 회전 고정홈의 개방 부분이 잠금돌기 방향으로 탄성력이 작용되도록 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.
