The present invention relates to an upper hinge for furniture in which an elastic unit is used to maintain a door of a locker in an open state or a closed state, and the elastic unit does not protrude beyond the thickness of a hinge, so the elastic unit does not occupy a large volume. In addition, the elastic unit is detachably coupled to the hinge, so assembling is conveniently performed. A concavo-convex part engaged with the elastic unit constitutes a portion of the hinge, so a separate part is unnecessary. To this end, according to the present invention, a body is provided with a multi-stage storage chamber, and a door is coupled to the body and provided to open/close each storage chamber. In the state that an outer plate of a body hinge coupled to the body overlaps with a top plate of a door-side hinge coupled to the door, one side of the upper hinge is coupled rotatably about a hinge shaft. A closed space part and an open space part to surround the hinge shaft are provided to be vertically formed through the top plate. An elastic member is provided on the outer plate and an end of the one side is fixed by using a bending part having a substantially C shape. Accordingly, the elastic member is placed in the closed space part in the state that the door is closed, and when the door is in the open state, the elastic member is placed in the open space part. The elastic member makes close contact with inner circumferential surfaces of the open space part and the closed space part to be elastically deformed in a process that the door is open or closed while the door is maintained in an open state or a closed state.
본 발명은 사물함의 도어가 열린상태 또는 닫힌 상태가 유지되도록 탄성수단을 이용하되 상기 탄성수단이 경첩의 두께 이상 돌출되지 않아서 부피를 많이 차지하지 않으며, 또한 상기 탄성수단이 경첩에 착탈식으로 결합되어 조립이 편리하고 상기 탄성수단과 맞물리는 요철부가 경첩의 일부로 구성되어 별도의 부품이 불필요한 가구용 상부경첩에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 발명은 다단으로 수납실을 갖는 본체가 구비되고, 상기 본체에 결합되어 각 수납실을 여닫는 도어가 구비되며, 상기 본체에 결합되는 본체측힌지의 외측판과 상기 도어에 결합되는 도어측힌지의 상판이 포개진 상태에서 한쪽이 힌지축으로 회동가능하게 연결된 가구용 상부경첩에 있어서, 상기 상판에는 상기 힌지축을 감싸는 닫힘공간부 및 열림공간부가 상하 관통되게 구비되고; 상기 외측판에는 상기 한쪽 끝단이 "ㄷ"자 형태의 절곡부로 고정되어 상기 도어가 닫힌상태에서 상기 닫힘공간부에 놓이고, 도어가 열린상태에서 상기 열림공간부에 놓이는 탄성부재가 구비되며; 상기 탄성부재는 도어의 여닫힘 과정에서 상기 열림공간부 및 닫힘공간부의 내주면과 밀착되어 탄성변형되면서 도어의 열림상태 또는 닫힘상태가 유지되도록 한 특징이 있다.
The present invention relates to an upper hinge for furniture in which an elastic unit is used to maintain a door of a locker in an open state or a closed state, and the elastic unit does not protrude beyond the thickness of a hinge, so the elastic unit does not occupy a large volume. In addition, the elastic unit is detachably coupled to the hinge, so assembling is conveniently performed. A concavo-convex part engaged with the elastic unit constitutes a portion of the hinge, so a separate part is unnecessary. To this end, according to the present invention, a body is provided with a multi-stage storage chamber, and a door is coupled to the body and provided to open/close each storage chamber. In the state that an outer plate of a body hinge coupled to the body overlaps with a top plate of a door-side hinge coupled to the door, one side of the upper hinge is coupled rotatably about a hinge shaft. A closed space part and an open space part to surround the hinge shaft are provided to be vertically formed through the top plate. An elastic member is provided on the outer plate and an end of the one side is fixed by using a bending part having a substantially C shape. Accordingly, the elastic member is placed in the closed space part in the state that the door is closed, and when the door is in the open state, the elastic member is placed in the open space part. The elastic member makes close contact with inner circumferential surfaces of the open space part and the closed space part to be elastically deformed in a process that the door is open or closed while the door is maintained in an open state or a closed state.
본 발명은 사물함의 도어가 열린상태 또는 닫힌 상태가 유지되도록 탄성수단을 이용하되 상기 탄성수단이 경첩의 두께 이상 돌출되지 않아서 부피를 많이 차지하지 않으며, 또한 상기 탄성수단이 경첩에 착탈식으로 결합되어 조립이 편리하고 상기 탄성수단과 맞물리는 요철부가 경첩의 일부로 구성되어 별도의 부품이 불필요한 가구용 상부경첩에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 발명은 다단으로 수납실을 갖는 본체가 구비되고, 상기 본체에 결합되어 각 수납실을 여닫는 도어가 구비되며, 상기 본체에 결합되는 본체측힌지의 외측판과 상기 도어에 결합되는 도어측힌지의 상판이 포개진 상태에서 한쪽이 힌지축으로 회동가능하게 연결된 가구용 상부경첩에 있어서, 상기 상판에는 상기 힌지축을 감싸는 닫힘공간부 및 열림공간부가 상하 관통되게 구비되고; 상기 외측판에는 상기 한쪽 끝단이 "ㄷ"자 형태의 절곡부로 고정되어 상기 도어가 닫힌상태에서 상기 닫힘공간부에 놓이고, 도어가 열린상태에서 상기 열림공간부에 놓이는 탄성부재가 구비되며; 상기 탄성부재는 도어의 여닫힘 과정에서 상기 열림공간부 및 닫힘공간부의 내주면과 밀착되어 탄성변형되면서 도어의 열림상태 또는 닫힘상태가 유지되도록 한 특징이 있다.
