The present invention relates to a lower hinge for furniture, which allows the outer plate of a body-side hinge and the lower plate of a door-side hinge to be close to each other, maintains a closed state of a door through an elastic member, but allows a fixed end of the elastic member to be riveted to the lower plate of the door-side hinge, and a free end thereof to be bent in a "C" shape to be in close contact with an end of the lower plate, so that the elastic member is stretched and contracted only in a longitudinal direction to be held on the body-side hinge, to eliminate the need to unnecessarily cut the lower plate of the door-side hinge, thereby the durability of the hinge. To this end, in the lower hinge for furniture, a body having multistage storage rooms is provided, a door is provided to be coupled to each storage room of the body to open and close each storage room is provided, while the outer plate of a body-side hinge coupled to the body and the lower plate of a door-side hinge coupled to the door are overlapped, one thereof is rotatably connected by a hinge shaft, and the lower plate has an elastic member having a protrusion elastically held on a holding groove drilled in the outer plate, and thus a closed state of the door is maintained. A fixed end of the elastic member is fixed by a riveting method for inserting a rivet into a fastening hole drilled in the lower plate, and a free end of the elastic member is formed as a holder that surrounds the side surface of the lower plate in a "C" shape, so that longitudinal expansion and contraction of the elastic member are possible, and rotation about the fixed end is restricted. Thus, the locking positions of the protrusion and the holding groove do not change.
본 발명은 본체측힌지의 외측판과 도어측힌지의 밑판이 근접되고 탄성부재를 통하여 도어의 닫힌상태가 유지되도록 하되 상기 탄성부재의 고정단이 상기 도어측힌지의 밑판에 리벳팅되고 자유단은 "ㄷ"형으로 절곡되어 밑판의 끝단에 밀착됨으로써, 상기 탄성부재가 길이방향으로만 신축되어 본체측힌지에 걸리므로 상기 도어측힌지의 밑판을 불필요하게 절단할 필요가 없으므로 경첩의 내구성이 향상되는 가구용 하부경첩에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 발명은 다단으로 수납실을 갖는 본체가 구비되고, 상기 본체의 각 수납실마다 결합되어 수납실을 여닫는 도어가 구비되며, 상기 본체에 결합되는 본체측힌지의 외측판과 상기 도어에 결합되는 도어측힌지의 밑판이 포개진 상태에서 한쪽이 힌지축으로 회동가능하게 연결되고, 상기 밑판에는 상기 외측판에 천공된 걸림홈에 돌출부가 탄성적으로 걸리는 탄성부재가 구비되어서 상기 도어의 닫힌상태가 유지되도록 한 가구용 하부경첩에 있어서, 상기 탄성부재의 고정단은 상기 밑판에 천공된 체결구멍에 리벳이 끼워져 리벳팅 방식으로 고정되고, 상기 탄성부재의 자유단은 상기 밑판의 측면을 "ㄷ"형으로 감싸는 걸림부로 구성되어서 상기 탄성부재의 길이방향 신축은 가능하고 상기 고정단을 중심으로 한 회전은 구속되도록 하여서 상기 돌출부와 걸림홈의 걸림위치가 변하지 않도록 한 특징이 있다.
