Construction method of precast concrete column
A precast concrete column construction method is disclosed. According to one aspect of the present invention, provided is a precast concrete column construction method including preparing a mold for a bottom pad at a factory and pouring and curing concrete to produce a bottom pad for match casting on an upper surface; forming a column segment mold at a factory with the top surface of the bottom pad as a bottom surface so as to match-cast the upper surface of the bottom pad and pouring and curing concrete to form a column segment; separating the column segment from the bottom pad and transporting the bottom pad to a construction site; installing a support structure supporting the bottom pad at the construction site and a concrete foundation mold to surround the support structure; lifting the bottom pad carried to the construction site over the support structure; and pouring and curing concrete in the concrete foundation mold to form a concrete base.
프리캐스트 콘크리트 기둥 시공 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 측면에 따르면, 프리캐스트 콘크리트 기둥 시공 방법으로서, 공장에서 저부패드용 거푸집을 가설하고 콘크리트를 타설하고 양생하여 상면의 매치 캐스팅(match casting)를 위한 저부패드를 제작하는 단계와; 공장에서 상기 저부패드의 상면과 매스 캐스팅(match casting)이 되도록 상기 저부패드의 상면을 바닥면으로 하여 기둥 세그먼트용 거푸집을 형성하고 콘크리트를 타설하고 양생하여 기둥 세그먼트를 제작하는 단계와; 상기 저부패드에서 상기 기둥 세그먼트를 분리하고, 상기 저부패드를 시공 현장으로 운송하는 단계와; 시공 현장에서 상기 저부패드를 지지하는 지지구조체와, 상기 지지구조체를 포위하도록 콘크리트 기초용 거푸집을 설치하는 단계와; 시공 현장으로 운송된 상기 저부패드를 상기 지지구조체 상부에 인양하는 단계와; 상기 콘크리트 기초용 거푸집에 콘크리트를 타설하고 양생하여, 콘크리트 기초를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는, 프리캐스트 콘크리트 기둥 시공 방법이 제공된다.
