The present invention relates to a mold for mounting a fine mesh in which a fine mesh and a crimping mold can always be joined at the front surface so that the fine mesh can be easily installed when a fixed mold is coupled to a front surface or an inner surface of a window frame. According to the present invention, there is provided a mold for mounting a fine mesh, which includes a fixed mold fixed to a front surface or an inner surface of a window frame provided with a screen inspecting net, and a pressing mold coupled to the inside of a stationary mold to fix the fine screen, wherein the fixed mold includes a first space portion formed vertically so that the pressing mold may be inserted to fix the fine mesh, and a second space portion formed at a right angle to the first space portion and formed horizontally, and wherein the first space portion or the second space portion is configured to allow the entrance side to face always the front surface, so that the fine mesh and the pressing mold can be coupled to each other when the fixed mold is fixed to the front surface or the inner surface of the window frame. Therefore, according to the present invention, the first space portion and the second space portion formed at right angles to each other in the fixed mold are formed, and when the first space portion or the second space portion is directed to the front surface, whereby the pressing mold and the fine mesh can be joined at the front surface, thereby facilitating the installation of the fine mesh.
본 발명은 창틀의 전면 또는 내측 면에 고정몰드를 결합할 때 미세망의 설치가 더욱 용이할 수 있도록 미세망 및 압착몰드를 항상 전면에서 결합할 수 있는 미세망 설치용 몰드에 관한 것으로, 방충망이 설치된 창틀의 전면 또는 내측 면에 고정되는 고정몰드와, 상기 고정몰드의 내측에 결합되어 미세망을 고정하는 압착몰드로 구성된 미세망 설치용 몰드에 있어서, 상기 고정몰드는 압착몰드가 삽입되어 미세망을 고정할 수 있도록 수직으로 형성된 제1공간부와, 상기 제1공간부와 직각을 이루며 수평으로 형성된 제2공간부를 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 제1공간부 또는 제2공간부는 고정몰드를 창틀의 전면 또는 내측 면에 고정할 때 미세망 및 압착몰드를 전면에서 결합할 수 있도록 입구 측이 항상 전면을 향할 수 있도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다. 따라서 본 발명은 고정몰드에 서로 직각을 이루며 구성딘 제1공간부 및 제2공간부가 형성되어 있어 고정몰드를 창틀의 전면 또는 내측 면에 고정할 때 제1공간부 또는 제2공간부가 전면을 향하게 됨으로써 압착몰드 및 미세망을 전면에서 결합할 수 있게 되어 미세망의 설치가 더욱 용이해지는 효과가 있다.

본 발명은 창틀의 전면 또는 내측 면에 고정몰드를 결합할 때 미세망의 설치가 더욱 용이할 수 있도록 미세망 및 압착몰드를 항상 전면에서 결합할 수 있는 미세망 설치용 몰드에 관한 것으로, 방충망이 설치된 창틀의 전면 또는 내측 면에 고정되는 고정몰드와, 상기 고정몰드의 내측에 결합되어 미세망을 고정하는 압착몰드로 구성된 미세망 설치용 몰드에 있어서, 상기 고정몰드는 압착몰드가 삽입되어 미세망을 고정할 수 있도록 수직으로 형성된 제1공간부와, 상기 제1공간부와 직각을 이루며 수평으로 형성된 제2공간부를 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 제1공간부 또는 제2공간부는 고정몰드를 창틀의 전면 또는 내측 면에 고정할 때 미세망 및 압착몰드를 전면에서 결합할 수 있도록 입구 측이 항상 전면을 향할 수 있도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다. 따라서 본 발명은 고정몰드에 서로 직각을 이루며 구성딘 제1공간부 및 제2공간부가 형성되어 있어 고정몰드를 창틀의 전면 또는 내측 면에 고정할 때 제1공간부 또는 제2공간부가 전면을 향하게 됨으로써 압착몰드 및 미세망을 전면에서 결합할 수 있게 되어 미세망의 설치가 더욱 용이해지는 효과가 있다.
